The service was great, the hoteliers were polite and responded to my requests for things I needed promptly. The room was comfortable and clean. I especially liked the updated key system they have. The hotel is a bit dated and could use a refresh on carpets and door locks. My key cards would work for a day and then stop working. I constantly had to have them rekey the cards. Breakfast is heavy on the carbs but the coffee machine actually makes a decent cup of coffee. Greek yogurt was a nice addition and Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches were usually available, along with their pancake machine and bagels. the rooms sport bathtubs that are fairly tall and might be a challenge for older visitors
