2-Star Hotels in Quintana Roo, Mexico

Very good location IMO because it's by the Palapas Park which is very active at night. This the local life which I totally enjoy. Close to ADO bus transportation. It is perfect if you don't plan on spending too much time in the room, which is clean but aging. The AC in the room is good and not noisy. There is a nice pool. The lobby doesn't have any AC and it get's really hot when you are checking in. The staff is very nice and helpful.

It was in a great location, close to the bus terminal, with restaurants, supermarkets, and convenience stores open until late. Also, the shower had plenty of water and hot water. It was great to have a work space and a pool.

The hotel is well, looks relatively new and keeps it in good condition. The beaches are beautiful but it is a little isolated from the city center where restaurants and shops are, although it has a small shop quite slightly out there and a small mini-super a little farther. It has two trees but they are always cold, I don't know if they are tolerated in summer, we couldn't get into winter, children and Europeans did not have so much trouble. As an island, there is no medical service for delicate situations and the nearest is Cancún at two and a half hours on ferry and then on road to get ready. The staff is very friendly and service. The worst is the restaurant, food is generally bad, but the worst is breakfast, there are only horrible eggs that seem to make them with water, sauces, fries, chilaquiles and hotcakes. The juice is diluted with water and syrup (we saw it), it is the tail!!! as if they don't charge enough!!! The fatal sweet bread, the poor coffee and they don't serve it on the table. The food bells were always empty because we were too many guests and they were not awaiting. It's so bad that on the third day we decided to go to a neighboring hotel (and pay $1500 for 3 people) with an excellent buffet very abundant and excellent service, all the coffee we wanted and always served us at the table. There were eggs made, but you could also ask for a omelet with different extras at the moment, etc. Generally thousand times better. The tours that the hotel sells you do not make it clear you are not in season so that the bioluminescent is almost nothing and you have to be moving the water to see something and the one of the 3 islands you don't see a single pink flamenc. We're not going back to this hotel.

There are convenient gas stations and parking spaces near the location. The room is very large, very quiet and tidy. But I have a white down jacket in the room. I don't have any contact with me at present. If the store picks it up, please contact me. Thank you ****************.

I am a Korean who stayed while traveling. First of all, thank you so much for the kindness of the staff. There were many locations, facilities and playgrounds, so I was able to go well. 👍👍

Great place to stay alone or with another person. Fantastic location (near all bars and clubs). You could hear the music a bit but good enough for a good night sleep. Service was amazing and gave us 10% for use at their cafeteria. Room was amazing with good quality AC and fan with a fridge and small kitchen Will definitely give this hostel a 10/10.

It not in the center of the city or in the hotel zone. No public transportation there. Taxi is expensive. They wanted 300 peso/person from ADO Cancun station. Petty pricey. No Uber either. Going to airport, luckily there is Uber. Cheaper than taxi which is about 350 peso. Checking in was lengthy. Cube was abit cold for me even temperature was hike up to the highest. They ask to pay tax and fee again. Even though clearly in my booking it stated tax and fee included. Opportunity to charge more. Didn't want to and too tired to argue. Cube is clean. Locker and cube locked out once. Have to get them to reset. Breakfast okay. Thanks

The price is really low, the hotel is very new, the health is particularly good, I live in a girl six-person room, in short, very clean and comfortable, the surrounding food and drink are very convenient, the service is also very good, the two gentlemen at the front desk help actively solve the problem, in short, very good, Will continue to stay at this hotel next time

Its a great place in a great area w zero concern for crime. The apartment is great & within walking distance to food stores, starbucks, local food and the bank. Not easily accessible, especially when it rains & floods. Nice few days, v comfortable bed, two couches, full kitchen, brand new fridge -- has everything you need to cook for a Family. Highly recommended for a true local and great experience.

In the city center, considering that the price is really cheap, it can be done. If it is for the sunny beach, it is not recommended. We just had a good night's sleep. At 10 o'clock in the evening, we checked out at 7:30 in the morning and the breakfast was very poor.

Но кто написал, что завтрак шведский стол, за дополнительную плату, его нет и здесь об этом не слышали. Это не проблема покушать рядом, в ста метрах несколько кофешек, на любой вкус, холодильника нет в номере, зачем лишнее писать, чего нет, приедут постояльцы лишнее разочарование и раздражение. На фото посмотрите какая красота растет, на улице рядом с отелем.

Es una buena ubicación y la limpieza se realizó bien, el problema son las instalaciones, tienen fuga y la llave del lavabo no sirve. Hay mucho ruido fuera pero esa no fue la queja.

Es una buena ubicación y la limpieza se realizó bien, el problema son las instalaciones, tienen fuga y la llave del lavabo no sirve. Hay mucho ruido fuera pero esa no fue la queja.

Hicimos solo una noche después de aterrizar tarde. Las instalaciones nos parecieron normales. Está bien para estancias cortas El desayuno incluido tenías que ir a un restaurante a 5 min andando, era gratis pero te medio obligaban a dejar propina. Eso sí, el desayuno muy completo y variado. Tenían un patio interior con piscina. Se puede aparcar en la puerta si hay sitio, el resto de la zona es de pago.
