A very cute and suitable place for solo travellers, I am a 160cm girl, and stayed in the top room. Service was really nice the moment we stepped in, staff helped me checked in when I had some issues. With my height, I can sit up straight on the bed which was very comfortable. If you are lucky enough, you can get a room that are rather inside instead of near the main corridor where lots of people will walk pass, which was nice cause it was quiet. There are two main bathrooms and sauna, I didn't use the sauna so I cont comment in that but the bathrooms and showers were nice, the only problem was there were no conditioners so if any girls want to use conditioner remember to bring along with you. There are also no flip flops provided so also remember to bring that. Outside in the social area, there is food and drinks that can be bought as well as vending machines if you have forgotten anything. Additionally, there is a public kitchen where you can use the fridge, microwave, and kettle, etc. Inside the rooms, you can change lights using the app and can also connect to the Bluetooth. Highly recommend for introvert solo travellers!! Definitely an experience to try

Very close to everything, perfect for a short city break.
The only thing is you get two single duvets even if you book a room with a double bed for 2 adults, and the pillows are more like soft cushions.

The place is clean and new but there are not a lot of amenities. Not even a kettle just for coffee or tea. You have to buy hot water downstairs at the cafe. The staff are friendly though, they always smile and very accommodating.
The hotels location is excellent, short walk to the train Station and Tivoli Gardens.
The main reception area is large and clean enough, the communal toilets aren’t as good.
Breakfast was fine and breakfast staff friendly.
Checking in- I didn’t find the receptionist friendly, a very silent check in with no information given. I found myself asking many questions.
Also, rooms are not cleaned everyday. This we did not find a problem, however, on day 2 the bin was full so I asked if it could be emptied.
I didn’t require a full cleaning service (which you have to book) just the bin to be emptied and I was told it would be automatically done on day 3 or I have to book it, so when I asked to book it for the same day I was told that was not possible and I could always empty the bin myself.
Having paid for a hotel stay and the bins being extremely small, I thought this small request could have been fulfilled.
I explained I didn’t need towels/a full service merely the bin to be changed.
Hey ho.
For the price, location and if you don’t mind wet rooms and small living space it’s perfectly adequate
We stayed one night to get an early train the next day. The room was so big! with a huge TV! The window gave a cute view to a courtyard.
The only negative I would point out is the checkin and storage are digital and so there is no human interaction in these processes.
Also the public showers should make people throw their hair in the bin instead of leaving it in the shower for others 😅
Located beside Field's shipping centre, convenient to get food and sundries. My room was on the 10th floor on a Saturday night, guests on lower levels were very noisy till the wee hours of the morning. There was a stench in the corridor on the 10th. A couple of front desk staff attitude was so cold and no smiles. Made me doubt at first sight whether I have made a wrong choice of hotel. Fortunately, there were others who were helpful and kind...sets the balance though. Would only stay there again should there be no other choices.

Thought there was canine staying in the room with the previous customer as the stench was very strong. But it was the same after the helpful staff changed my room: realised it was the carpet of the hotel that probably needed a bit of thoroughly deep cleaning. Otherwise the room is ok / reasonably good value for money. It is old and gloomy but with the rates charged it is tolerable.
The staff were friendly, even at the early hours of the morning, and it’s like 2 minutes or even less to the metro station (Nørrebro) on the main city line. Very easy to get to and the beds were super comfy
Great hotel, sophisticated reception, simple rooms with everything you need, comfortable bed with mattress topper and two duvets, windows that open… had a great stay here. We also rented a bike for the day from the hotel which was about £15 and super easy to organise.

GGuest UserThe hostel is in the best location, in the city center and near to everything (sightseeings, train station, metro, etc)! We didn’t like our room. The bed was inside a capsule with stains on the mattress and there was no space for our suitcases and backpacks, so we basically slept with them. The bathrooms and showers were in a good condition and quite clean.
5/10!

BBlaithin PatriciaThe Hostel is really cool. They have loads of events everyday for you to drop in to. They give a free beer everyday. Lots of events for friends and solo travellers to mingle. The bus outside also goes straight to the airport.
One thing that I didn’t like though was there wasn’t a curtain for the pods. The pot door is quite wide and without a curtain there’s no way to get privacy while in the bed.

DDheeman RoyFirst night a crazy lady the bed down of mine was shouting and swearing all night in Spanish. I think she was mentally unstable.
Second night the bed cushion was short in wideness. I put my phone on the corner and it slipped through the bed and fell down.
It's the cheapest hostel in CPH. It's service is also like this. If you can't afford to live in a better place then it's okay to spend the nights here somehow.

DDRAGANI liked everything about this place. If I ever come back to Copenhagen I will be their guest again. The room was clean , staff was polite , breakfast was great. Location also convinient , 2 mins away from huge supermarket and 6-7 mins walk to the train station/subway ( both at the same place ) . If you want to catch the train to Airport it's only two stations away and if you want to go to Malmo, Sweden also convinient , you need to take the same train. Subway will help you go downtown , you will be away 10 mins. Good luck!
