Perfect location - a short walk to both restaurants and the beach. So good to have such a spacious apartment with all the little amenities of a hotel room. Daily cleaning was provided at our convenience, and the washing machine made life easy. The only thing that could improve it is a microwave. We will definitely choose to stay here again when we return to Sanya.

Excellent apartments on the territory of the Baohong hotel, 7 minutes from the sea, surrounded by dozens of shops, cafes and markets. We lived on the 3rd and 13th floors in the most affordable rooms. Both options are spacious (stated as 110 sq.m.) apartments with two bedrooms and bathrooms, well equipped - slippers, towels + beach, inflatable tubes, children's toys, washing, cleaning, laundry, hygiene products (disposable sets with a toothbrush and paste, cotton swabs, mosquito repellents with a fumigator); pots, pans, dishes, a multicooker, a kettle, a microwave - everything is there. Each room has central air conditioning, solid nets on the windows. The mattresses and pillows are thick, not sagging, the linen is clean, it is comfortable to sleep. There is a cooler with water in each room, changed upon request at any time. Finally, you don't have to drag yourself to the water machines or to the store for water. The water pressure and temperature are excellent. No noise from the neighbors, everything is quiet. The manager, who introduced himself as Mikhail for our convenience, speaks and understands Russian and is always in touch and immediately comes to you to solve any issues that arise It seems he never rests, you rarely meet such caring managers. Early check-in (5 hours before check-in) was provided free of charge, which saved us after a painfully long road, and late check-in (7 hours after check-out) was provided for half the cost of the room (~ 150 yuan). Very pleased. Out of 2 weeks of vacation, it rained for a week, and 3 pools on the hotel grounds saved the situation, the water is warm, the child swam every day for many hours, probably swallowed water and never got poisoned or felt unwell. The pool is looked after! There is also a simple stuffy gym for 10 yuan, a library and a couple of children's slides. Overall, the impressions are extremely positive - both the location, and the size of the room, and the staff, and the manager. The only drawbacks are superficial cleaning, it is better not to move the sofa, and a little wear and tear of the rooms, but all small and not annoying - somewhere the latch of the toilet door does not latch, somewhere the entrance lock does not open the first time. Overall, it is still better than expected and I recommend it for living!

This room was in an apartment block conveniently located 5 minutes walk from Dadonghai beach. The room had a large balcony with a comfortable chair and table. It was a good size room, spacious enough. The shower room was also a decent size. There was no extraction fan or window in the shower room, so the smell of stagnant water was lingering. Overall, excellent value for money and the service was top notch. I would stay here again!

The apartment spacious enough, kitchen, washing machine. Sea view, walking distance to the beach. If you don't mind to walk/hike you can go to Luhuito Park If walk from hotel about 40min to the peak.. If not you can take taxi or bus to the entrance I think bus no 125 you just pay 1-2yuan only. A lot of souvenir shop, restaurant, halal restaurant also nearby.

Got picked up from the airport even though I didn't have a local number (seems like the way the driver verified you) so great service from whoever handled my request. Good lighting with the comfy room which served its purpose for an overnight to get an early flight.

Excellent value for money. In a lively but not loud area with lots of restaurants open late. Clean and comfortable. The night time receptionist was very patient with my non-existent Chinese skills. One comment (not a complaint): you might prefer to take a taxi (10min) from the airport instead of waiting for the shuttle (I waited half an hour after being told it would come in 10min). But from the hotel to the airport there are regular shuttles every hour. Would definitely stay again.

CAN I RATE THE SERVICE 100? The staff is absolutely superb, and the location is great! I will definitely stay here again if I come back to Sanya. - Cleanliness: It’s not bad, but it didn’t quite meet my personal cleanliness benchmark, so I’d rate it 4.5/5. - Location: The location is excellent. There are so many restaurants nearby, including a bakery and a supermarket. It’s only a 6-minute walk to the beach 😎, a 40-minute walk to Jiefeng Road (Jiefeng Pediatrician Street), and a 35-minute relaxing walk to the famous Luhuitou Scenic Area. Do I walk too much? LOL. The hostel is also close to many bus stops, making it super convenient to get around. 5/5 - Service: The front desk service was unforgettable. Even though they only operate until midnight (-1 for that), the daytime staff is sooooooo nice! I don’t speak Chinese, but the staff member spoke pretty good English and put in so much effort to help me communicate 😭😭. He even recommended a great restaurant! So... 99/5? - Facilities: There’s a cozy café space outside where we could work at night. They provide a washing machine, dryer, and hanging space, which is cool (even though I didn’t use them). They also offer a shared refrigerator, shampoo, shower gel, and a hairdryer—BUT no towel (you can rent one for ¥10, by the way). 4/5 Verdict: Definitely one of my ”no-regret” decisions. I will come back again. **P.S.** If you want to try some traditional food, go for coconut chicken (the portion is huge, so you should go with friends) or 抱罗粉 (Boulou Powder? Not sure what it’s called in English, LOL).

Ещё какие-то местные паровые булочки. Нормального вкусного кофе на завтрак нет. Жили на 27 этаже - окна в сторону моря. Безумно громко круглые сутки. Днем из-за гула машин и их сигналов, ночью из-за криков и песен пьяных туристов. Лифты очень долгие. На 30+ этажей их всего 3, так что ждать приходится довольно долго. С балконов общих открывается вид на все стороны ДДХ и Саньи. Каждый день меняли полотенца и застилали (не меняли) кровать. Добавляли по 2 бутылки воды В целом, если не смущает шум, не супер критично разнообразие на завтрак - замечательный вариант, особенно если цель не сидеть в номере, а быстренько добраться до интересных мест.

The hotel looks new and is located in the Haikou walking street. That is very convenient and easy to find something to eat. It is a bit confusing that they sell cloths in front of the hotel. The staffs cannot speak English but are very friendly. The room was spacious and quite clean. There are 2 bottles of water provided in the room for free of charge. Sleeping with ear-plugs is recommended if you book a room with windows, which is facing to the street and a bit noisy in the morning. 100 CNY in cash is required for the deposit for 1 key card.

We stayed in the apartment from 16.02.25 to 26.02.25. The apartment is on the 7th floor in building 1. The windows overlook the sea and the stunningly green territory of the complex. The territory is guarded and closed. The apartment is very clean (we were amazed by the whiteness of the bed linen and towels) and quiet. Cleaning on request (very high quality!!!). The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay with your family: dishes, an electric kettle, a washing machine, household chemicals (shampoo, shower gel, toothbrushes and toothpaste, laundry detergent and dishwashing detergent). Special thanks to Peter for his warm welcome and care! We will be happy to return and definitely recommend it!

I decided to stay in this area to see Luhuitou. Here is a brief description of the hotel. The underground parking garage is quite dirty. The building is quite old and crowded, which is a common problem in the neighborhood near Dadonghai. Advantages: 1. The house itself is very clean, but after all, it is old and not new. 2. The service is very good, and the eldest sister is really nice. Disadvantages: 1. There is only one access card for the family, which is inconvenient to go out. 2. The room is not soundproof, and the children will be woken up by the noise of the toilet when they are sleeping. 3. There is a squat toilet and a toilet in the toilet, and it is very crowded to sit on the toilet.

This place was hard to find as there was no signage on ground level at all. I later discovered that the owner tried to message me, probably to give me directions, but I couldn't access trip.com till after my stay. There are loads of places to stay around so I asked locals who told me which building and which floor (5th) the reception is at. The room was great with a nice view - would have been nice to have a night light though. The lady owner also helped me with a phone call, so knowing some mandarin really helps.

I liked everything, the staff were helpful, they met me on the street so that I wouldn't get lost, the room itself is beautiful with a nice view from the window into the courtyard of the palm trees, the linen is clean, disposable accessories were present, there is Wi-Fi. The hotel is in a very convenient location, surrounded by supermarkets, large shopping malls, and breakfast shops not far away. The hotel is not far from Haikou People's Park, Qilou Old Street and Bell Tower. There is a bus stop opposite the hotel, making it very convenient to take the bus.

The location is very convenient. The room size, the bed comfort, the hot shower, the air conditioning, etc. were good, but the room was generally dirty. There was hair and dust in the corners of the room, and the windows were so dirty that they seemed to have never been wiped. The carpet in the hallway did not seem to have been cleaned during the 5 nights we stayed there. There was also a lot of trash in the common areas of the building.

A perfect place to stay in. Everything was good, i had no issues, no questions, no problems. Managers are speaking english very good. 白沙门 - baishamen park is a perfect place to visit by walking, from hotel. 起楼 - qilou street is close enough too. You could make a bicycle trip to reach it.

The room was quite clean, the hygiene was good, the service was particularly good. I arrived at the hotel late and washed a piece of clothing. The night shift helped to wash it in the middle of the night and took it down early in the morning. The service was very good. Xiaochen at the front desk was serious and responsible, very enthusiastic, helped with the luggage, and had a good sense of service. We also searched for this store on Ctrip. It is only a few hundred meters away from Qilou Old Street and not far from the Bell Tower. The price is also suitable, so we booked it. I am very satisfied with Home Inn Donghu Branch. It is across from Donghu Lake and very quiet at night. There are several good restaurants around, and it is a 1 km walk from Qilou Old Street. I think the hostel is very comfortable. The people here are friendly. You can rent an ebike in the village and drive everywhere easily, the family who rent it are very nice. You can rent a surfboard and go surfing. It is very close to Riyue Bay ~ just 10minutes walking or drive an ebike and it is close to the village. The view from the bedroom is very nice 😊.

The sea view room I booked in this apartment is very good value, much better than the Sheraton I stayed in on the first day! The sea view room we stayed in Sheraton was on the lower floor, and the main view was trees! This sea view room is on the upper floor of more than 20 floors! It is very comfortable to watch the sea! More than 200 is very cost-effective! The hygiene is also good! If we hadn't booked a hotel in Sanya and couldn't refund it later, we would have stayed here for a few more days!

I enjoyed my stay I really like the location and it's conveniently situated near the train station, but it's also near the beach. I will say, though that might stay was a bit uncomfortable because a water pipe exploded and there was no water from nighttime all the way until the morning without any morning, but I'm sure this is just a one time occurrence. 我很享受这次住宿，我真的很喜欢这里的位置，它靠近火车站，交通便利，而且靠近海滩。我要说的是，虽然这次住宿可能有点不舒服，因为水管爆裂了，从晚上一直到早上都没有水，但我敢肯定这只是一次偶然事件。
