Saya menggunakan voucher Huazhu Club dari Singles' Day untuk dua malam seharga 338 RMB, dan hotel di Haikou ini adalah salah satu pilihannya. Hotel ini memiliki tempat parkir, yang merupakan nilai tambah karena terletak di area pusat perbelanjaan, sehingga mudah untuk berjalan-jalan. Namun, kekurangannya juga adalah area pusat perbelanjaan tersebut – banyak orang dan mobil. Hotel ini berada di dalam pusat perbelanjaan, jadi tempat parkir terbatas pada hari libur. Jika Anda memberi tahu layanan pelanggan sebelum meninggalkan hotel setiap hari selama masa inap Anda, parkir akan gratis. Area di lantai bawah ramai dan nyaman untuk berbelanja. Jaraknya sekitar 15 menit berjalan kaki ke bagian pusat perbelanjaan yang paling ramai. Lantai bawah mungkin agak berisik, tetapi masih bisa diterima; akan tenang setelah tengah malam. Mereka tidak menyediakan penitipan bagasi, tetapi robot pengantar makanan akan mengantarkannya ke pintu Anda. Hotel ini menawarkan layanan laundry dan pengering. The villa feels old and a badly maintained. You see stains on the kitchen top and broken furniture (eg. mahjong table) in the dinning hall. This tells you how proud they are about their products. The floor feel dusty. The dinning chairs are cheap and easy to fall back on. There is no cutlery (no spoon, chopsticks, forks, scissors) provided in the kitchen and you see unkempt grasses (overgrown) in the pool area. The water from shower room seeps into the toilet room next door. Given the villa in such condition, it would be much more comfortable to stay in a hotel. The nice photos shown are not representative of its real conditions. Staff service was ok. They would offer help or attend to you quickly if you have any complaints (eg checking on water seepage in shower room). They also help to fetch breakfast and meal for you from a building that is quite far from the villa. But sometimes they maybe busy and you will have to wait for the delivery which is inconvenient. There is nothing much to eat around the area and you will have to drive out. If you stay in a month with cold weather, you won’t want to use the pool so better consider if it is worth it paying for a villa with pool is worth it since villa without pool are much cheaper.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was impressed by the stunning sea views. The reception team was friendly and made an effort to be helpful, although there were a few areas where they could improve. The hotel's scenic surroundings and beachfront location were definite highlights. However, I found that 2-3 nights was sufficient to experience the area, and I would recommend exploring other districts in Sanya to get a fuller picture of what the city has to offer.
