Very good location next to the Beijing Lu Pedestrian Walk. In the older part of the city. The surrounding is very nostalgic yet very well kept by the city. My room is a river view high floor and it was exactly what I got. Full height window and a Tatami bed. It also came with a washer and a separate dryer. Unfortunately the dryer had to be placed in the bathroom which made it a bit cramp. The room itself is well maintained and what I suspect to be toiletries left behind by previous occupants are displayed for subsequent travellers. I had great sleep, unfortunately I could not enjoy the great view because it was fogged out during my stay.. Overall, think Airbnb apartment. The building is quite aged, so the lifts are a bit slow in coming. Add to that, the entire building seems to be occupied by numerous similar operators. BTW Check In and service desk is in apartment 1813, at least for now.

This hotel is really convenient. It's close to the metro, malls, and restaurants. The room I booked was fine. I knew it had no windows and was fine with that. But I was not happy with the sewer smell. It's silly to expect a bathroom to smell nice all the time but it really smelled so strongly of a sewer that the whole room smelled bad. There were also a lot of drain flies. Killing them was pointless because every day there were more.

The room is new, the service is thoughtful, clean and sanitary, close to Metro Line 2, there is a bus at the door, the transportation is convenient, and the surrounding restaurants are economical and affordable. It is recommended to stay in this hotel.

The room is very beautiful and unique, with a small rooftop. very comfortable. The hotel lobby is on the sixth floor. There are not many breakfast varieties, but it is enough to fill you up. The hotel rooms are also very smart. Very close to Haiya Theater. Because of family trip. So I booked two twin rooms.

The apartment was super comfy, and staff friendly I came here to bring some stuff to deliver. The girl at the front desk was super helpful and didn't even hesitate to help me she sent my 19 deliveries without my help. I was so grateful because I was already so tired. The room has everything you need washing machine, and microwave it feels like home 🏠 Thank you again front desk young girl 🙆🏻♀️

The location was perfect for me and the staff were very helpful despite my language barrier. I was able to have my meals brought to me as well as my Taobao deliveries. There are dual elevator points, including one direct to the underground. The in room modem meant fast WiFi. It might be easy to complain about the minor flaws in the well trafficked areas but that would never stop me from booking again. Version 1: My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. The location couldn’t have been better for my needs, and the staff went above and beyond to assist me, even with the language barrier. I loved the convenience of having my meals delivered to my room, as well as my Taobao packages. The dual elevator system, including direct access to the underground, was a huge plus. The in-room modem ensured fast and reliable WiFi throughout my stay. While there were a few minor wear-and-tear issues in high-traffic areas, they were insignificant and wouldn’t deter me from staying here again. Highly recommended!

I always choice this hostel when I go to Shenzhen every year，I like the environment around this hostel。There is accident this time thate arranged a mistake room。Fhas ortunately，the Japanese friend is nice and kind，we had a short chat。Though the hostel was rearranged when I expressed the doubt。in hindsight, I think of a different cultural background, and I feel like I haven't handled it well。It's a bit of a pity that I didn't express it in person (The atmosphere is a bit depressing，to sum it up, if u don't understand each other's language and culture, there will really be an expression gap。Emmm，I will study hard now and after。)，and I apologize for not being able to help the Japanese friend solve some problems。By the way，I remembered it later，“孙文” is a common name for “孙中山（the common name in China）” in Japan and Taiwan。 However，the hostel is a nice choice that take communication with people from all over the word。 ps：the cat is 小野。
