Starfield Library located in the center of COEX Mall, Seoul, South Korea. The two-story library has 13-meter-tall bookshelves and soft lights to ease the eyes as well as various types of tables with electric plugs for those with laptops. The Starfield Library in COEX Mall, located at Samseong Station in Seoul, is just a seven-minute walk from the subway station. The huge bookshelves and stylish design are truly eye-catching. Plus, the library is situated right in the bustling shopping mall, so you can add a touch of culture to your shopping spree. Just coming here to check in is delightful! Samseong • 4 min walk --- This huge library is located inside the Coex Mall in Gangnam. We came here unplanned when we roamed the mall after visiting the Gangnam Statue. As a bookworm and booklover, I can attest that this is the most beautiful library I have ever seen. It is a wonderful sight to see so many books and magazines stacked so high and such a wide selection all together these days. I remember being mesmerized by the library scene from the cartoon movie, The Beauty and the Beast but that dwarfs in comparison to this. The Starfield library is so much grander & more breathtaking the moment you step inside the library. It is a must place to visit if you are a bibliophile. I recall seeing a small portion of the library from one of the K-Dramas. There are plenty places to sit throughout the 1st & second floors as well as a coffee shop overlooking the library. Uniquely designed shelves and book arrangements probably made it to one of Korea's tourist attractions. Highly recommended to drop in to have a look, snap a couple of photos for Instagram or post a clip on TikTok. Finally got to see this famous library in Korea 😇 A dream came true 🥹 This is the Starfield Library in Seoul. It is open for public where anyone can freely come to sit down, take a break, and immerse themselves in books along with other bibliophiles. There is a wide selection of books in various genres such as humanities, economics, hobbies, etc. Whole sections of the library are dedicated to foreign books and famous authors. iPads can be used to read e-books. Close to 600 magazines, domestic and foreign, are available for browsing. The library was packed when we got here, but it was worth it. There is no entrance fee too, which is awesome!
