Cable Cars

Dangdang car is one of the buildings in San Francisco. Because San Francisco consists of forty-two hills, the steep terrain in the city makes Dangdang cars an indispensable public transportation tool in the urban area not only at the end of the nineteenth century. It is still a popular tourist attraction and means of transportation for tourists at the end of the twentieth century. Dangdang has been in operation since 1873 until today. It is said that because the roads in San Francisco were too steep, horse-drawn carriages were often involved in car accidents. Andrew, the engineer who witnessed the tragedy, created such a tram. This cable car is different from the kind of tram that cobwebs the sky in other cities. Its tracks and cables are buried in the ground, and the carriage is moved by the cables.
