TTamuGreat walkable location to the Plaza and many other locations that Santa Fe offers. Eclectic, charming property with friendly staff. The included breakfast is a great perk that we took advantage of each day and it was delicious! We were a little disappointed in our King Studio room - it was plain/lackluster compared to the pictures shown online, the thermostat options for AC temps were very limited, and the specific location of our unit was quite noisy. But overall it worked fine for us since we didn't spend much time there during our trip. One other minor complaint is that housekeeping was supposed to come every other day for a 3+ day stay but we were there for 4 days and they never came.

TTamuGood facility but not exceptional. Breakfast time only until 9:00 am, we arrived 5 min late and allowed us to enter though. However, items run out fast and even when arriving at 8:30 am, missing some of them. Close to the highway and next to an outlet. Very convenient location for day trips.

TTamuWe have stayed at Best Western Discovery Inn twice now within a months time and we have been extremely pleased with our stays. I particularly love the convenience of the 'old' motel style where you have your own individual entry door. This convenience far outweighs dragging your luggage through the lobby and down the endless hallway. The staff was excellent, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was tasty and varied. But the breakfast area was spotless, so well taken care of by the staff. I'm sorry that I didn't get the woman's name that seemed in charge because she obviously took pride in presenting a clean and well stocked amenity for her customers! Lastly, the price was so fair and reasonable. We will remember this hotel for future trips. Thank you for a very pleasant experience!

TTamuI really appreciated the staff , real problem solvers and genuinely nice people. One even helped me find a less expensive place to stay to fit my budget. Complimentary coffee ( varied options) , water dispenser in lobby, and a fantastic very large tv in the bedroom were some draw cards. I could use my Netflix membership easily . I didn’t get the included breakfast as I booked through a third party so explore booking direct . The breakfast sounded good:) . It certainly offers a far nicer ambience than the less expensive place I relocated to . Their Nice carefully picked staff make a big difference. They should all be complimented ! :)

TTamuWe booked a KING room, paid for it and received confirmation. Only after checking in and going to our room did we find out it was 2 double beds. When my husband went to switch rooms, one person at the desk said the kings were all booked and the other person at the desk said there was a remodel and there were not any King beds. I don't know which is true. Clearly they were not interested in helping us at all and since we had already unloaded all of our luggage we stayed there anyway. BEWARE that what you book may not be what you get and at the facility and that was not explained anywhere.
