Very cozy yet warm. We book for 1night and there are 5of us, a bit cramp, but ok. Front desk were friendly and helpful. No bfast, but there is nearby market place that has all the things we need.

Upgrade to a better room than the room I booked. All 9 rooms 18 people are satisfied. Clean room microwave and capsule coffee machine. Good soap and shampoo. Almost everything except toothpaste toothbrushes. Free coffee at the front desk is delicious, so everyone likes it. thankyou. we want visit again. See you later.

The hotel is very near the national park, just a 10 mins drive to the park entrance, which is very convenient for people who didn’t manage to get the lodging within the national park. Has food options such as McDonald’s and Wendy’s near the hotel.

1. The hotel is very close to Bell Rock, 5 minutes drive. (The easiest to climb among the 4 energy points) If you are not a mountain climbing enthusiast and don't like mountain climbing, this is the best solution for a visit (the last few dozen meters are also difficult to climb, and mountain climbing shoes are a must. Don't go with Nike running shoes, the rock surface is covered with a layer of fine sand, slippery and dangerous) 2. The hotel does not provide sanitation services when you check in. On the contrary, I feel at ease. No one will come in for several consecutive days, and I am worried about the safety of my property. 3. The facilities are fully equipped, detergent, scouring pads, salt, pepper, and kitchen paper are all brand new and unopened, which makes people feel hygienic and safe to use. It is feasible to go to the supermarket to buy things and cook them yourself. Supermarket Safeway has the most complete. If you want to save money, go to the website to register as a member (a US phone number is required). When checking out, enter the member's mobile phone number and you can pay the member price. The price will be similar to the normal price in big cities, otherwise it will still be 1/4 more expensive than the price in ordinary cities 4. We didn't go in the end because we were worried that we would not be able to get out. It should be the kind of how much money you can spend on Hilton's vacation home a year. Some lightings are not working when checking into the room at 9pm. Went to the reception, she mentioned that she is the only one left as everybody had gone back and had to wait till the next morning. Managed to fix the lighting myself as realise the bulb were ‘loosed’. No WIFI, the receptionist mentioned because everyone is using at the same time , the bandwidth cannot support. Can go to the reception area to use if we want . Contradicting! No hot water at the common area and have to wait for the restaurant to be opened. Good for a night stay and off the road if you are not particular on the above.

I booked to see the antelope canyon. This place has a microwave which will trigger the breaker box when you have TV or lights off. I called the front desk, the calls didn't even go through. I went and ask in person, they reset the box, and told me to call a specific number to reach front desk, which wasn't mentioned to me. A few minutes later the breaker box tripped again. Also if you have a floor above you, you will hear lot of noise from the room above you. Other than that I only stayed a night.

The house is old, the facilities are outdated, it's hard to see the waiter's smile, the so-called breakfast is a piece of bread and a half on a plate with scrambled eggs and fried potatoes, you can add more food, one serving costs 8 dollars, the most cost-effective hotel in the western United States ~

All that I was okay the shower was had a leak so the shower stayed wet whatever like some hot water too but you know most mostly important I was just a good stay

Breakfast is good comfy beds . Quiet in the rooms slept good all night. Toilet kept clogging but over all was good for the money I spent

Each area is a two-story wooden house, and the car can be parked in front of the room. The check-in building is very large, with souvenir shops and various food shops. Overall, the accommodation feels good. It is only recommended that there should be obvious road signs on the driveway to each room area, otherwise it will be a bit challenging to find the room area when it is dark.

The room was very nice had everything. With the exception of a top lock it was broken.they said they would send someone to fix it. I feel it should have been good to go when i walk in. We needed some ice they brought it right away. You can text them 24/7 they will always respond. Alicia and Jessica help out the most with check in and text me with all the info I needed. Also it was my birthday and the upgraded me for free.

When checking in, we encountered something very speechless. When we were about to check in and open the door of the room we had arranged, we saw someone walk out of our room. We were really shocked. We went back to the front desk to report the situation. The front desk actually said that when we checked in, someone with a name very similar to ours took our hotel order without seeing it clearly and let others sign it. The key point is that this assistant manager’s name is Desiree!!! She also said very confidently that it was handled by her. She said that because the names were similar, there were many people who handled it and she didn’t check the names clearly. She apologized in a very high-sounding and perfunctory manner. This attitude, tone and expression can easily make people think of discrimination issues! Very upset! Afterwards, we complained to the hotel customer service phone and waited for the hotel to reply to the call later! What I want to say is that although this incident did not affect the use of our card, Desiree’s attitude made our experience of the hotel quite bad! !

The front desk was very friendly and considerate so that I don’t have to get out of the hotel to get my car details for registration in a freezing night when checking in. Coffee was provided in the room as well as at the lobby in the morning. Bed was comfortable, TV channels were ok. Bath towel a bit worn out but that is fine for me. Basic amenities in the room which is fine as well for one night stay. I like the location that I could get a quick bite easily and just off the freeway. About an hour drive from Grand Canyon after the sunset which was not too far. I enjoyed the night there. :)

It's also a small local shop under the name of a big-name hotel chain. The location is not bad. It's not far from several tourist attractions and trails, and dining is very convenient nearby. The room is not big. There is a terrace on the first floor, which is only half a square meter, connected to the outside and neighbors. It's not exclusively for Chinese as Ctrip boasted. I guess the Chinese make a lot of noise, so they only give rooms on the first floor. Several hotels booked through Ctrip were assigned to the first floor or to relatively poor rooms. I don't know if it's because Chinese have a bad reputation and are not liked. I hope Chinese people will behave according to local customs and behavioral norms when they go out.

Very clean! Service was great! Only bad thing right now is breakfast is in a bag and it’s more like a snack.

I loved staying here because the rooms have balconies, So I'm to drink a glass of wine and watch the sunset. Also is very quiet I enjoy staying here

High cost performance, good facilities, location near the airport, good surrounding environment, breakfast is very good, there is parking lot, the room is large, clean and tidy, service is very good,

I think even Japanese people who can't speak English can stay with peace of mind. It is also close to the airport connecting train station. You can walk during the day, but I think it's best to avoid it at night. Be quiet and use ride-sharing or hotel transportation.

Absolutely not what we were expecting for a Hilton. Rooms werent cleaned properly, used water bottles found in the fridge and behind the foot stool. Razor sharp bow n arrow top found in the closet and the Thermostat was faulty and kept saying low batteries even when brand new batteries were put in TWICE. The main door didnt even close and the maintenance team had to come take the door off and replace it. Lauren was amazing at helping us during our entire trip.

I was greeted by the nicest receptionist, I told her that trip.com was no help on switching my room from a double bed to a king cause that wasn’t even supposed to be , she never hesitated she just did it .. The walk from the hotel to mill ave for dinner an drinks was 7 min , so nice . At night to go on roof with the pool an view omg gorgeous... very clean an very nice ... will stay again an will recommend to others ..

The ice machine were all broken. They ended up overchargeing my card. Management was rood and not very helpful. Do not recommend staying there. One of their staff members harassed my girlfriend and made her feel really uncomfortable!
