It was a brief stay for us - only one night to catch an early flight home from QRO airport. The service was excellent, the room was modern and nicely decorated with a very comfortable bed. Located very close to a big church and square and easy access to the quaint streets of old Queretaro. The front desk person was super helpful, friendly, spoke English and helped us with arranging taxi service at 4:45am to get us to the airport! Be prepared that there are no windows in the rooms, just a french door with glass opening into the courtyard. The attached restaurant and bakery looked really nice and we would have liked to have been able to partake of the included breakfast but unfortunately our flight was too early; instead, our host prepared sandwiches for us to take with us, which was very thoughtful. Be sure to check out the view of the amazing aquaduct from the overlook a few blocks east of the big church.

Excellent Service!, everyone was very nice and polite, the rooms are very clean and organized!, the views are awesome too!. The food is very nice too, and in the breakfast you can choose whatever you want!, everything is delicious!, other very good thing about this hotel is that is very near of the Bus Terminal

The front desk staff is great! The location is very close to the airport. The hotel is very retro, I don't like the room very much, the first floor does not live anyway, live on the second floor. Recommended for business trips.

Thank you for your flexible response. The location is very convenient as it is in front of the bus stop and near the main tourist spot in Keretaro. Unfortunately, the temperature of the shower did not rise enough, and when I went to the toilet, the lights were on and the ventilation fan turned around with a relatively loud noise, so when I went to the toilet in the middle of the night, It was a pity that I woke up my companion. It may be only a problem with the room we used. The room was too large. Breakfast was a buffet and there were various dishes. * I ordered and made the dishes, but the omelet was delicious and I got two dishes. The waitresses were moving and comfortable, so I put 50 pesos on the chip.

The location is in the center of the old town and it is very convenient to travel. There are many restaurants and Bars next to it, which is especially convenient for eating or shopping. I didn't expect that the price of about 1,000 can live in this type of resort hotel, which is particularly satisfactory. The last thing to boast is breakfast. The room rate does not include breakfast. I go to the restaurant on Monday to Friday to order food. I order it now and eat how much I eat. There is a super rich buffet on the weekend for two days. I have an appointment with customers to eat together on Sunday. Everyone is very satisfied with the food.

Great hotel, the location is very convenient, the bus terminal is only 15 minutes away. There is a la comer supermarket diagonally opposite, the price is very good, there are ATMs in each bank, there are supermarkets' own cafes and small restaurants, things are not bad, there are salesmen who can speak English. Behind the hotel is an ordinary residential area, very ordinary, a little dirty, but Mexico is not like this, some small restaurants, not bad. The room is quite good, personally feel that the pillows are relatively high haha
