Staff was very courteous, friendly and kind. Very nice and cozy place. Room is very spacious and bathroom is comfortable enough for two people. Mini fridge with water kettle, cups and tea bags available. Here’s the only “complaint” I have and the reason why I only gave 3/5 stars in cleanliness as they were not cleaned and refreshed from the previous guests staying in the room. The cups were used and dirty and empty water bottles were left in the fridge. Not an issue for us but it might be for other guests. Other than that the room and bathroom were very cleaned and well kept. The breakfast is very typical to the region (sweet pastries, toasts, coffee and juices). Would definitely stay again.

Overall a good stay. Only one problem- the power went out as we were departing so no elevator. Had to lug suitcases down 4 floors. Breakfast was exceptionally good. Restaurant was also great. Good meal and friendly service.

The rooms were good and comfortable and there is enough parkins space available. The AC was very effective. I just wish the insulation was a bit better as you can easily hear the people in adjacent rooms.

Perfect location, 5mins away from train station, right in the city centre and 10mins walk from the sea. Surrounded by quaint bars and restaurants serving typical Italian food which was excellent.

Rewelacyjny hotel w ścisłym centrum Pescary. Tuż przy przystanku (z lotniska) oraz przy przystanku w inne części miasta oraz okolice Pescary. Bardzo przyjazna atmosfera na recepcji, smaczne i obfite śniadania, dwie windy, szerokie korytarze, piękne widoki z okien z górnych pięter. Wejście za pomocą karty. Również do hotelu w godzinach nocnych. Bardzo blisko centrum oraz deptaku z licznymi restauracjami. Na przeciwko świetna kawiarnia. Do morza jest 10-15min spacerem. Można zostawić bagaż blisko recepcji. Polecam

Big structure, large parking and reception H24. One bad thing about the unsonic rooms, bad experience because we haven't sleeped because of some of the boys in the next room. Breakfast could be better organized, there are like coffee or cappuccino.
