All good. Only X room phone works. I have told the staff but no one has come to fix it. Increase security in the hotel. Because the front room was busy, but no one came. Whatever service and food are all the best. Clean room. Clean hotel. God willing I will come again.

Very strategic location. Everything near by. You can find food, shopping in one building. Pasar Bawah also in the same building coz now under renovation. Every time I come to Riau I will stay here

The hotel is good. Room just fine, but the bathroom room little bit smelly. Also, sometimes you can hear motorcycle crossing in the midnight. That's so disturbing. But overall, it's good

overall the hotel is good. Hotel is very closed to 2 big malls. Easier to get restaurants either in mall or outside of mall. Breakfast is OK as well. Lighting in the room is not sufficiently bright

It was fine for 2 nights. But every time i got connecting room ”door” people on the other side keep on wanting to open, gives me jump scare all the time. There were soooo many kids, soo noisy. But overall its fine. The light at night blackout for about 1 hour. I have a great time to experiencing tjokro.
