Spent first night in noisy room with less than satisfactory plumbing. We were upgraded to a minimise for night 2 - excellent customer.er service. A great historic building that was lacking soul as bar was closed.

The DayInn is located at a strategic location.Smooth and fuss free checking in process.Highly recommended with excellent basic amenities provided.

Where to begin with this one? Firstly i requested to cancel as i was coming down with COVID like symptoms. Ramada Telford seem to not mind that though, so that request was denied (no offer of another stay, or partial refund, nothing). Felt better day of, and decided to travel. On check-in (nor on the website, photo attached) i wasn't told anything about the pool being out of service. Turns out it was. No offer of a full or partial refund. Nothing. Luckily, Trip have stepped in with a good will gesture. Spoke to some people (named below) by email afterwards and basically told ”nothing they can do” and ”it's trip's fault” that the website didn't reflect that their pool had been out of action since DECEMBER. The hotel has a large co op supermarket and petrol station 2 mins walk away. There is a pub restaurant next door which has an electrical car charging point (The Squrriel). Staff were welcoming,friendly and helpful. I was happy with my stay.
