Because it is new, it is basically very clean, but the price is relatively high at 540rmb. Basically, it is recommended to add 100 to this price and choose Lisboa, which is more convenient, unless you are willing to take the bus here with your luggage. There are many strange things about the room design. It's quite strange to see slippers on the bed when you enter the room. The bathtub curtain doesn't seem to be waterproof. You need to take the electric kettle to another place to boil water. The TV remote control cannot be turned on because it is not set up properly. It doesn’t matter if the mobile phone has a remote control app that can turn on the TV. The hot and sour rice noodles nearby are pretty good. If you like the taste of chopped peppers, you can order medium spicy.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to nearby tourist attractions, making it perfect for sightseeing. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a great place to relax after a day of exploring. The free shuttle bus was a wonderful bonus, making transportation hassle-free. The staff were friendly and always eager to assist, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay!

Nice room, quiet and spacious enough. Good check-in and helpful. Good decision not to charge parking for guests cars and convenient direct access from car parks to the rooms using the keys. Pleasant stay.

Good location with lots of eateries n convenient stores around all corners. Never go hungry here. Casinos as well. Very china mainland-ish area here. Stayed for 6D5N.Room size is just nice for 2 pcs of 24 inch luggage. Clean n comfy. Daily housekeeping. Bus stops are just a short walk depending on your destinations. Breakfast spread is sufficient. Different menu but repeated following days. Able to request for take out if can't dine in. Self coin laundromat avaliable here. 2 washers n dryers. Each service priced at MOP48, totalling MOP96 for washing n drying. Expensive at this rate but still cheaper than hotel laundry service... Excellent customer service n housekeeping team. Complimentary drinks provided from 11am to 11pm. Only provide 1 laundry plastic bag so far. Didn't replace a new one at all.

Not a bad hotel, but a little “cold” as far as coziness is concerned. Really liked the “smart” socket at the head of the bed. Probably the best socket of the whole trip :) The restaurant is Chinese, with no translation into any languages and with staff who only understand Chinese. I did not understand the menu and did not order anything. The staff is friendly, ready to help: for example, I had a torn bag - they gave me a new souvenir bag (but it also tore after a couple of days :) ). From the historical center a couple of kilometers away, from the casino even further, but very close and convenient for those who are further on the bridge to Hong Kong (just one, though very long, stop on the bus x101).

To make the occasion even more special, the hotel surprised us with a complimentary cake and upgraded our stay to a stunning ocean-view room. Their thoughtful touch even extended to providing luxurious L’Occitane amenities. We captured countless memories with thousands of photos and cherished every moment of this magical celebration. A heartfelt thank you goes to the warm and attentive staff who made our stay truly remarkable.

Great location and the hotel room is very spacious. Cleaning staffs were great. The only issue was the soundproof of the room is quite bad, one of the night, the room next to mine there were a group of people talking and laughing, I could hear very clearly what they are saying, which impacted my sleep quality

Been to Macau several times and have stayed at this hotel each time. The reception staff and cleaning staff are very polite and friendly. Tried their breakfast and tea time meal, quite good as well. Overall value to stay.
