Although not so much these days, I have traveled a lot for work and it's nice to have a place to call home when you're on the road. I'm not a picky person and I really do not have specifications for what I look for when it comes to a hotel but the one thing that I do desire is a feeling of home and safety. The location was perfect and I was in the area that I was familiar with, but even if I wasn't enough familiar place, I still felt safe. The staff was very friendly and it was easy to navigate the building. Honestly loved my room, it had everything I needed and helped to become my temporary office apartment. The bed was incredible, perfect for someone who's been walking and traveling since 4:00 in the morning. The lounge chair in my room was also the most comfiest one I've ever been in and I ended up using that at the desk. They gave you a very nice office desk chair but I'm a very big person and I was afraid of breaking it, so it was a very pleasant surprise to have that alternative option. The gentleman at the front desk gave me a lot of information and suggestions for food based on restaurants in the area, they also gave me a discount coupon for a restaurant chain that I really love! It was honestly a very pleasant experience and I only wish I could have stayed longer, I definitely will go back to that location in the future when I'm working in the area. It was perfect for me and I would honestly recommend others to stay there if you're looking for a place for the night or an extended stay!

Stayed here for two nights to attend my brother’s graduation ceremony. Very conveniently located right across from the mall and Kennedy Plaza, was very easy to get around the town. The hotel has a rich history and the renovation is done really well, would highly recommend for people to stay for an eventful occasion. Staff were nice but too slow and short staffed. Had to wait long for check-in and check-outs, so plan ahead. Would definitely stay here again if we visit providence in the future.
Hampton Inn & Suites Newport/Middletown

Next to the main road in Newport, there are not many breakfast patterns. There are free two kinds of coffee (no caffeine and caffeine) and tea bags for non-dinner drinks. Free open-air parking, not far from several famous manor houses and not too hanging cliff trails, there is a promotional card in the store.

The lobby is bright and the breakfast is very rich. In fact, breakfast is not included in the price. The room has a balcony and parking is very convenient. There is a supermarket around the hotel with an ATM and a Qing Tao Chinese food. Love Place, Politely and good service with satffs here, I will back to stay next time.

Historic Hotel in the Center of Newport. Staff was Friendly and helpful. Rooms were Comfortable and Cozy. My only Complaint is the Hot Tub was Only That, a Hot Tub. There Were No Bubbles! The Pool was Nice regardless.

The east building is noisy at night. The air conditioner in the room is very noisy. The air conditioner vents are facing the bed. You can only sleep with the quilt covered or the air conditioner will blow directly on your head. The room is ok and the sheets are clean.

First of all, the front desk clerk's service attitude was poor. I arranged the room next to the elevator. I said that I could change one. She said that she could not change it after she sold it out. The next night we came back from the outside and found that the curtains were not repaired. I went to the front desk and asked why it was that. The young waitress wearing glasses had a very bad attitude. I was not allowed to change the room. She said that she could only switch to the same location on the fourth floor, which means that it was still noisy next to the elevator. Because the curtains of the hotel were broken, they should be responsible for apologizing for not repairing, but the white girl wearing glasses did not apologize. Do not take any measures and actively cooperate with the appropriate room. It is worth mentioning that my favorite travel in the United States is Hampton inn. I am a member of this hotel. I often book a room on the official website of the hotel. This time, because Ctrip is cheaper, I booked it on Ctrip. As a result, I was not expecting such treatment, and I did not encounter this attitude in the same hotel that was booked elsewhere. Therefore, such hotel services can only give bad reviews.

The room is quite spacious and well decorated. The front desk gave me a view room and upgraded it to free breakfast. I thought it would be noisy on the first floor, but it was very quiet. It is also convenient to get in and out. Valet parking is $40 a day.
