Hotel is good, already came here previously for the cafe but could not managed to book a room due to full. This time I got it. It is nearby to town and not so crowded area. Room and hotel is pretty. Good for a stay cation, relaxing on weekend and honeymoon. Just a reminder there are no lift available for elderly or disable. Water heater could be improved since it is very hard to get hot water. Almost none at all.

Ants were on the comb and electric shaver. Maybe previous guests washed food items at the washing basin. Bed Comfort: 6/10 Bed mattress is firm/hard; backache if you sleep too long on it Pillow is quite high. One extra pillow is available in the wardrobe Room Amneties: 8/10 Desk for writing or laptop use Chair has no seat cushion, so a bit hard to sit on Many power points Table space for charging phones Lighting is good Vanity desk with mirror Flat-screen TV with Thai and English channels Fridge 2 drinking glasses No kettle No hair dryer 4 bottles of mineral water provided every day (2 for fridge) Basic toiletries provided in toilet - toothbrush, toothpaste, shower cap, earbuds, shampoo, bodywash Some furnishing were slightly worn-out or damaged Balcony has washing basin and small clothes-drying rack WiFi: 9/10 188-380 Mbps Download Speed / 162-406 Mbps Upload Speed on SpeedTest app Aircon: 10/10 At 28 celcius degrees temperature setting, it is cold enough to cool the room Shower Comfort: 7/10 Water-saving shower head means water output is somewhat limited Shower area is spacious enough No sliding door at shower area means water gets to the toilet area when taking a shower Location: 7/10 Not close to tourist attractions; long walk (2km) or use Grab (about 70 THB at time of writing) Morning mobile food stalls nearby (from about 6:30am to 9:00am) Small local restaurants nearby No public transport (that I noticed) Small mini-mart nearby (Vogue Supermarket) 15-min walk to Big-C supermarket, food court and shopping mall Opposite Bangkok Hospital 7-Eleven store at Bangkok Hospital is closed for renovation at time of writing Customer Service: 8/10 Receptionist does not greet guests. Mostly looking at their phone. Generally polite when you talk to them. A very cosy and clean boutique Hotel located some 10-15 mins away from Hatyai city centre ( Lee Garden ). However, the Hotel have transport service (8-10 ppl )to various place if you need at a very reasonable price. Lots of restaurants and stores along the main road. . The Hotel also has a restaurant with Thai style breakfast. The room is cost and clean with all amenities in good condition Recommended.

During my recent stay, I found the hotel to be adequate but lacking any notable extravagance. Upon arrival, the check-in process was smooth, and the staff were courteous, albeit not overly attentive. The lobby exuded a functional charm, with minimalistic decor and seating areas that served their purpose without much flair. As I made my way to the room, I noticed the corridors were clean but somewhat dated, reflecting the hotel's unassuming character. The room itself was spacious enough for a comfortable stay, albeit with furnishings showing signs of wear and tear. The bed, while not luxurious, provided a decent night's sleep, and the linens were clean. One of the notable aspects of the hotel was its cleanliness; the housekeeping staff did a commendable job of maintaining tidiness throughout my stay. However, the absence of complimentary meals or even a breakfast option was disappointing, especially for travelers looking for convenience. In terms of amenities, the hotel offered the essentials: Wi-Fi, a television, and a functional bathroom with soap. While these amenities sufficed for my short stay, they may fall short for guests expecting more modern conveniences or recreational facilities. Overall, the Hotel is a budget-friendly option for travelers seeking a no-frills accommodation option in a convenient location. The room is perfect, we manage to check in early for 1 room so that we could put our luggages. It is away from the center of Hatyai but in the area itself there is the biggest shopping mall the Central Mall. Also there's Makro hypermarket where you can buy lots of snacks for souvenir. ASEAN Night market is within walking distance about 1km away. Their breakfast is very nice. it's cooked individually of your choice.

The hotel staff is friendly but need to more concerned the guests require that minor thing that during rainy season prepare most of umbrellas or raincoats/one time use and also room service is very goods for sure and maybe need to replace rooms key even most fast for lost or ask for check before go off and when need  second room cards also need to respond fast

Hotel 🏨 George Town Old City, the store arranged room 105 for me, which is right at the staircase. It is very noisy and the sound insulation is very poor 👎 If you choose to stay here, 101-103 is the best. 104-105 is not recommended at the staircase. Bus 🚌 is very convenient to Kek Lok Si Temple. The bus stop is 200 meters away and it is near the bar street.

everything about the hotel is good just that the bathtub is not so clean.i have to use tissue and hot water to clean and sanitize the bath tub.please ask the housekeeping to clean properly ya.thank you..one more thing,this hotel is far from other shop such as 7e.so need to have own transportation for smooth journey.overall have fun here with my husband for a short vacay.
