Short staycation outskirt of the city. Lovely staff at the counter as well as the housekeepers. Free parking provided. Clean and spacious room. Maybe can advise towels should be changed it’s not match with Hilton standards cuz it got some stains. Nevertheless, it was a nice stay overall.

The level of courtesy, helpfulness, and downright exquisiteness of the hotel staff is outstanding! From the minute I arrived the entire staff made every effort to make me feel extra special and welcomed. I had an overnight stay at Sama-Sama Hotel adjacent to KLIA T1. The room on the 4 th floor was large clean and comfortable. At check-in I was given a complimentary late check-out which was appreciated as I had a late departing flight. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices. Overall I would fully recommend staying at Sama-Sama hotel as a stay between flights.

The room was good , with balcony and compfortable Bed. Service was Always friendly and helpful. the Location of the Resort is totally Out of the Zone. which means If you want to do some actions, then is Not the right place. very quiet and some where No where. If you stay longer then 4 days will be defenetly boring. the breakfast was OK , have Seen better places for the Money they charging ! the swimming pool is to small and dirty, WE was Not even one day inside . ...which makes the whole Holidays more worse....because the SEA also dirty and Not even possible to swim. This was our first and Last time . and WE also will Not reccomand it. WE think this is a place for writing people or old people Like to have really quiet time.

Mixed Experience – Great Location but Needs Better Maintenance Stayed at this hotel recently and had a mixed experience. Pros: • Easy to locate as it’s along the main road and attached to a mall. • Plenty of eateries within walking distance. • There’s a nice park nearby for evening walks, beautifully lit up. • The staff were exceptionally pleasant and very accommodating, which was a highlight of the stay. Cons: • The hotel feels poorly maintained—many things in the room seemed to be falling apart, from the window handle to the shower head. • Rooms are quite small, and all three tiers of rooms offered are the same size. • Breakfast was disappointing for the price—aside from the egg station, everything else seemed precooked or from instant packets. The bread was extremely hard. • The swimming pool looked murky and appeared unmanned. • Despite the attached mall, many attractions were still under renovation, leaving only the usual eateries open. • Parking was quite confusing, and finding the hotel parking took time. • Room service only starts after 4 PM, which was inconvenient. Overall, the hotel has a fantastic location and great staff, but the maintenance, room quality, and breakfast experience need significant improvement.

OK, but it's not like it used to be, now it's like I'm not awake.. the cleanliness is not satisfactory

The hotel room was spacious and comfortable, clean and tidy, with very friendly and helpful customer service. I liked how spacious it was, and the amenities were plentiful—even bathrobes were provided, which many hotels no longer offer. There was also a beautiful infinity pool, and it was very relaxing to sit there and enjoy a drink. It’s a pity we only stayed for two days. Being far from the city center was actually a plus. Just a 10-minute walk away is the largest mall, 1 Utama. There are plenty of basic facilities, so no need to worry about going hungry—lots of great restaurants—and there’s no shortage of places to explore. The hotel’s buffet breakfast was decent—not bad at all. If you’re looking for a short getaway, it’s a great choice. I would definitely return. For the price and value, it’s well worth it!
