Our recent stay at Shangri-La Tanjung Aru was truly magical. We were visiting to celebrate two very special milestones: our 5th wedding anniversary and our youngest daughter’s 1st birthday. Before our arrival, I reached out to the resort to share our situation, hoping for a smooth stay with two young children. Ezmareena Ismail (Nurish) responded promptly, ensuring that the resort was well aware of our needs. Upon check-in, a gentleman named Jordan (if I recall correctly) went above and beyond by upgrading our room to better accommodate the extra bed we requested for the kids. The surprises didn't stop there. When we entered the room, we were deeply moved to find a thoughtful letter and beautiful flowers prepared by the staff to celebrate our anniversary. It was a heartwarming gesture that made us feel truly valued. Throughout our stay, Melania kept in constant touch via text messages to ensure we had everything we needed and were comfortable. Thanks to the incredible staff and their genuine hospitality, our family had a blissful and memorable holiday. I cannot recommend Shangri-La Tanjung Aru enough for anyone looking for an exceptional experience. We are so grateful for the wonderful memories!

We stayed 2 nights and had a fantastic stay despite the bad weather on the first day. We received great services from the resort management team Mr Karl, Ms Siti, Mdm Lydia also from the restaurant and recreational team members. We look forward to be back again!  Booked the family suite that is beautifully furnished and got a fantastic view of Mt Kinabalu from the room as well as variety of fishes swimming below us.  Snorkelling and kayaking are complimentary for the entire day and was great way for us to explore the beautiful waters.  On the last day, we unfortunately left our tablet in the room and we were notified immediately upon arrival at the jetty and the resort arranged it to be delivered to their jetty office within the same afternoon.  Overall it was a great experience and the welcoming and departure greetings by the management team were certainly memorable and beyond our expectations!

Properti ini cukup kuno karena sudah ada selama bertahun-tahun. Kami memesan kamar di sayap taman. Kurang suka dengan desain kamar mandi tanpa area shower terpisah dari bathtub. Meskipun terdapat berbagai macam aktivitas di sekitar, semuanya dikenakan biaya dan sangat mahal. Kami mencoba memesan lapangan tenis, mereka hanya menyediakan raket tetapi disuruh membeli bola sendiri seharga RM56 per tabung. Sarapannya baik-baik saja. Satu-satunya bagian yang menyenangkan tentang properti ini adalah pemandangan matahari terbenam yang menakjubkan dan pantai berpasir halus.

I had a pleasant stay at your resort. The environment was peaceful and relaxing, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience, and I truly appreciated the warm hospitality.

Resort lama tapi still ok. Bilik bersih,luas Dan kemas. Saya ambik bilik deluxe king room.bilik saya berhadapan pantai. Walaupun ada koridor tapi sentiasa kena tutup sliding door untuk mengelakkan haiwan kecik Dari masuk bilik. Makanan luar tidak dibenarkan masuk contohnya nak order grab atau food panda tidak dibenarkan kecuali ambik kat pintu masuk resort tapi jauh.makana luar boleh bawa masuk jika kita sendiri beli kat luar Dan bawa masuk,tapi resort pun jauh ke dalam.resortbni menjadi syurga untuk Kanak kanak kerana ada banyak kolam Dan Kanak kanak akan puas mandi.menu untuk sarapan ya biasa aja.tak banyak menu.di sini tiada disediakn telur separa masak ye, kecuali minta tu pun memang tak menjadi.kemungkinan orang tempatan tak biasa makan telur separuh masak kot.

Resor yang terawat dengan baik dan pelayanan yang baik. Sarapannya enak dan enak. Pelabuhan hanya berjarak 5-10 menit berjalan kaki untuk naik perahu ke pulau Tunku Abdul Rahman. Perjalanan dengan perahu hanya sekitar 15-20 menit ke pulau-pulau. Kolam renang indah yang bagus untuk orang dewasa dan anak-anak dan pantai pribadi kecil untuk snorkeling. Kamarnya bersih dan luas. Matahari terbenam itu indah. Senang menginap di sini dan kami akan kembali. Terima kasih!
