This hotel is truly amazing! I appreciate a lot on: - warm and friendly staff who could not speak much English but were very nice to explain to me the details of the hotel - gorgeous garden where you could take a seat and enjoy the view - free Japanese alcohol at 1500-1800 (soft drinks until 2100) - impressive free Japanese cultural performance at 2110 - quick and positive response despite I made several urgent requests due to sudden plan change - free shuttle bus service between JR station and hotel if you approached front desk for information - the environment of the public bath was quite clean - totally different food combination in dinner for 2 nights Considering the price I paid for such service, I would say the quality is definitely beyond my expectation. :) Thank you every hotel staff who made my experience a better stay!!

The hotel counter is a Chinese-speaking sister, very kind! The second night of the stay was very late because of the hotel, and there was only an izakaya left in the nearby restaurant! We can't speak Japanese, can't communicate, sister took the initiative to take us in to do translation order, really people feel very touched! But she said she would be home by March next year! The breakfast Aqi is also very kind, always asking if you want to add rice and soup! Although the price is high, the quality is very good!

To be honest, the location of the apartment is not bad, and it is very convenient and easy to locate. The only thing to criticize, if you are asking me, is that it is so close to the traffic which cause a bit of noise. It is clean and tidy and have most of the daily necessities. We loved the cooking utensils especially the heating plate. There are lots of restaurants and very need to Lawson. A great place to stay! 😄😃👍👍👍

This is my third time staying here. I stay here every year during the Kamiari Festival. It's in front of the station, so there are many convenience stores and restaurants nearby. There is a large public bath, and they offer free midnight noodles and ice cream. I like how polite the front desk staff are. I'd like to stay here again next year.

The hotel is opposite JR station. You need to take the underground passage and then cross the road. The bathroom in the twin room has a separate shower, so there is no need to cross the bathtub. The bed was comfortable, but the soundproofing was poor and the smell of smoke was too strong, coming in through the toilet corridor. There was nothing we could do about it. The carpet in the hall has a pungent smell. The hotel service is good. There is a free artificial hot spring. Although I haven't seen it, it seems to be quite crowded. I forgot something when I checked out, but the room attendant brought it to me, which was very considerate.
