We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, featuring a large living room with a balcony. It was clean and tidy, and we appreciated having two televisions in the room. Although we booked a room with lake views, the view was somewhat limited. On the 3rd floor, you can barely see the lake, and even on the 4th floor, the view is only partial. However, this was not a major issue for us. One thing to note is that the bathroom walls and doors do not extend fully to the ceiling and floor, leaving gaps at the top and bottom. While this design looks fine, it means there is no proper ventilation in the bathroom, so any odors can easily spread into the room. The hotel operates on a self check-in system. We contacted the staff before our arrival, and the check-in process went smoothly despite a minor hiccup with the payment. The staff were very responsive and resolved the issue immediately when we called. For those who want to enjoy the beautiful lake view, there is a podium on the 7th or 8th floor, which is a nice place to take in the surroundings. However, we were quite disappointed with the breakfast experience. The choices were limited, and the most troubling part was the presence of numerous flies. There were at least 10-20 flies flying around, which made us uncomfortable and led us to leave the restaurant with an unfilled stomach. Just thinking about it gives me goosebumps. Aside from the breakfast issue, the hotel is quiet and lovely.

It was the perfect spot for our overnight trip to St Gallen. Closely located near a main train station with good connections into town. Plenty of blue zone parking around the area, which works well if you are coming for an over night trip. You also have the option to park at the hotel for an additional cost. We opted to buy a day ticket for the blue zone area.

Hotel location is perfect and nearby have everything we need. Also it was good to go Heididorf and Zurich. The staff were all nice and helpful. Recommend it!

The original room given was very small and did not match what was booked. After communicating with the front desk, we were changed to a larger room. Stayed in a two-bedroom suite for two days, the room and service were good, punched in the Michelin Samsung restaurant memory, great! The hot spring is also very big and comfortable! The only dissatisfaction is that the indoor heated swimming pool is told that it cannot swim, and the children are allowed to go to the outdoor pool, but the outdoor pool is very small, the water temperature is cold, and it can’t swim at all. The original words of the pool management are used by this pool to relax, but this is a standard pool. Can you soak in the water and can't move? If you want to relax, why not go to the hot spring next to it? It says that the swimming pool is not allowed to swim, and you can't understand it! If the hotel feels that the indoor pool is not suitable for swimming, then the outdoor pool can be repaired a little bigger, so the problem will be solved. After all, in addition to the hot spring, there are still guests who hope to take a good swim!

Die persönliche Kommunikation ist ausbaufähig in den Zeiträumen, wenn das Personal vor Ort ist. Die Website sollte angepasst werden. zB. das Frühstück Samstag, Sonntag ist nicht mehr in der Sagibeiz, jedoch nach wie vor so angepriesen. Der Fernseher ist ohne Gebrauchsanweisung nur für EDV-Cracks problemlos nutzbar. Es sollte für jeden Gast eine Zutrittskarte ins Zimmer, resp. ins Hotel vorhanden sein, auch für Paare.  Die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Im Bereich des Schlafes wäre es gut, auch kleinere und weniger schwere Kissen vorzufinden.

This hotel is pretty good. There is a female clerk with an Asian face who hates the bad reviews. She looks impatient and dreadful. The other white people are very polite and friendly. The overall service level in Switzerland is still very good
