Hotels With Spa in Tyrol, Austria

The hotel was well located outside the main part of Innsbruck which we liked as they had parking. It would have been great if parking was reserved for guests, but we managed. The bus was just around the corner & very easy to use. The breakfast was yummy & had lots of options. Dinner was also yummy. The service was very good. We would definitely stay here again as it was very neat & clean & just what we wanted.

The location is great and it feels like a vacation. The room can see the snow-capped mountains and bask in the sun, and the space is very large. The hotel includes a Welcome card and bus rides are free.

Love this hotel! Extended my stay. The front desk has been nice and informative as I was trying to learn snowboard. And they recommended place for rental of gear just 1 min walk away. Room is spacious and friendly staff! Location is near old town and easily walkable to anywhere.

It was a lovely stay with mountain view. The window opens multiple ways. Can store luggage. Traditional style hotel with heavy key. They have a funny concept of you can leave the key at the counter when you go out because it’s heavy. We just took out the heavy part haha. Have a gym too. Good stay overall and ample space for luggage to open.

We have stayed at this hotel before, a few years ago. The welcome by the friendly staff was very good and helpful. The facilities at the hotel that were on offer were very good and the evening meal and breakfast was very good especially the choice for the breakfast buffet. The hotel was very convenient for the airport and only a 20 minute walk into Innsbruck and also a good bus service if preferred.

Good stay, were there for a game in the Tivoli Stadion and for that it was perfect as it is only over the street near the stadion

The hotel is in a great location with easy parking and a bus stop in the back.The service in the lobby is very good and you can get detailed tour guides.And most importantly!The view outside the window is pleasant.

Generally speaking, a decent w hotel, with very friendly staff that is willing to help. On the negative side, the hotel is literały located on the university campus- which results in a lot of noise especially in the evening. Next door to the hotel is a popular pub where students are parting every day into wee hours. Lots of laud conversations especially after the drinking. My room was facing the pub and even though I was on the 3rd floor , I couldn’t sleep without earplugs. Another thing to know is that a steakhouse is attached to the restaurant - nice place but rather expensive. 12 to 15 min walk to the train station. Numerous bars and pubs in the immediate area, typically crowded in the evening, and people drinking along the side walk that is narrow.

The suite that we booked was amazing and nothing to complain about. Moreover, we were in love with the spa (both public and hotel spa) and especially the quality of meal at hotel Aqua Dome. All the buffet and A La Carte (main and dessert) were overexpected for us. We would love to come back to this Hotel soon.

Room was very clean and bed was comfortable! Fantastic location,just 1 min walk from the centre that has lots of cafes and shops.Breakfast spread was fantastic and gym and sauna were amazing! Beautiful view of the top of Innsbruck!

The hotel has an excellent location in Innsbruck. Everything is very easy to reach on foot or by public transport. The reception staff are super friendly, attentive and helpful. However, the breakfast area and the service staff there are in for criticism. On Sunday, an hour before the end of the breakfast buffet, the place was completely empty. Not only were there no service staff, there were no food items either. There was no bread left, no toast, only 3 rolls, no Danish pastries or croissants. There were no vegetables such as cucumbers, peppers etc. There was only one jam and honey and packaged Nutella. The rest of the jam was gone. Egg dishes and the like were available, but cold. On top of that, the service staff at breakfast were grumpy and unfriendly. The young ladies were audibly arguing in the open kitchen area and cursing the guests. Guests' requests for bread, cheese etc. were dismissed with ”we don't have any, it's sold out”. The inappropriately unpleasant tone and the inability to accept negative feedback from customers made the atmosphere very unpleasant. Overall, the breakfast for a 4* hotel with quite substantial room prices can only be rated as unsatisfactory. The shower in the room also had to be complained about because the shower head was heavily calcified and almost no water came out. The caretaker replaced it well. Only the hose was too short to use the wall bracket. So you had to shower by hand in the sloping roof. Hotel room no. 503 was beautiful and appropriately spacious for a deluxe room. With a small balcony (very nice) at the back and a wonderful view of the Nordkette.

The hotel is located in the Alps of Austria. The room was very satisfactory. Full of Austrian national style. And the hotel is very concerned about environmental awareness. The roof of the parking garage is fully equipped with solar panels.

This hotel is very good environment, facilities are first-class, but the old wing is old. The restaurant food is first-class, but because there may be a wedding party that day at two in the morning, it is still very noisy. There is no air-conditioning but the air is fresh so I don’t feel very hot. If you choose to go to this place, you will still stay.

Very nice hotel, the room is also very big, the bathroom opens the window and you can see the Alps

Wonderful hotel with a great attentive good service! The food is fabulous. The great is not to leave the hotel at all. There is a great bar with good music.

Amazing steakhouse restaurent. Very friendly staff and great indoor/outdoor pool with many different saunas, a steam room and relaxation room to unwind after a day of skiing.
