The advantage of this hotel is its proximity to the airport. After we landed in Abu Dhabi at 11 PM, a shuttle bus from the hotel picked us up right outside the airport and took us straight to the hotel, which was very convenient. The hotel staff also had a great service attitude. However, the facilities in the hotel are quite outdated. To take a shower, you have to step into the small bathtub, which can be slippery and potentially dangerous. Additionally, the pipes leak when turned on, and the room was very cold. We checked in at midnight and left early the next morning, so our stay was quite brief.

The hotel is centrally located with restaurants and supermarkets around it. I stayed there for a night only and used the room just for a sleeps night after an event in abu dhabi. The hotel has valet parking and check in was easy. There was a wet carpet as soon as i entered the room and the inhouse phone wasnt working which was fixed within minutes by the maintenance. I had asked for an iron and dental kit which was delivered within minutes. Overall 8/10.

The stay was little up and down. We stayed here for about a month. At first we were shocked by the hygiene deficiency then with some further work from hotel personnel and personal effort we make it work. On the first floors there are cafe and disco places that are little annoying partying till after midnight. Rooms keys often stop working. Location is very good near corniche road and parks. Overall it was relatively acceptable stay regarding its rating as 1 star hotel and night stay price. The team is lovely and assistive.

We arrived at the hotel at 1 PM to store our luggage and returned at 6:30 PM to check in, only to be informed that a power outage had caused the computer system to malfunction. The front desk suggested we go out for dinner and come back in 15 minutes. However, when we returned at 7:30 PM, the system was still down, and we were assigned a room on the second floor. This room faced the street, so it was quite noisy, and there was an unpleasant odor on the second floor. According to my Trip App, the room I had booked should have been on floors 4 to 9. Additionally, the key card didn’t work, so we went downstairs to discuss changing rooms with the front desk. They explained that the computer system was still being restored but quickly arranged for us to move to a room on the 18th floor. The new room had no odor, was more spacious and brighter, and the bathroom was also clean and odor-free, significantly improving our comfort. However, we were still waiting for the room to be finalized until around 8 PM. At about 8:30 PM, a front desk staff member knocked on our door to return our two passports, emphasizing that they had been kept very safe and that we had no need to worry. Although we encountered an unexpected situation like the power outage, the hotel staff were very friendly and handled the issue quickly, making the overall service experience quite satisfactory. As for the hotel breakfast, the price displayed on the mobile app was 55 AED, but the actual cost was 75 AED per person. The restaurant manager initially told me the price was 69 AED, but when it came time to pay, it was changed to 75 AED. I hope the hotel can clearly display the prices in the lobby or at the entrance of the restaurant to avoid any inconvenience or dissatisfaction caused by language barriers, such as using Arabic. Additionally, the breakfast selection was quite limited and the quality was average. I hope the hotel can improve the variety and quality of the breakfast to provide a better dining experience for guests.

Grand Hyatt is very expensive in Japan, and Grand Hyatt in Abu Dhabi is reasonable I have stayed at hotels all over the world, but this is my favorite hotel. In front of the lobby and the interior is the Emirates Palace Breakfast is delicious and the room is clean. But Abu Dhabi doesn't have trains, so you should take a bus or a UVER taxi

August is not the best month to visit the Emirates. +39°C outside, which feels like +49°C, does not allow you to enjoy long walks in the open air. My long stopover in Abu Dhabi was forced to be associated with a fairly long stay in the hotel room during daylight and overall, I can give the hotel a very high rating. The room was quite quiet, clean and cool (I had to turn off the air conditioning almost completely, but the room remained cool enough due to the fact that all the buildings in Abu Dhabi are ”frozen” by the air conditioning from the inside). The hotel has an excellent breakfast: delicious and quite varied. If you stay longer than two weeks, you may get a little bored with it, but if you stay for a few days, you will be satisfied. The hotel is located quite well in terms of transport accessibility, but far enough from the center to afford a walk in such heat - so for trips to other areas of the city and the mall, I used a taxi (taxis are convenient, clean, safe and quite inexpensive - Russians can use Yandex.Taxi!). When checking in early morning, the administration met me halfway and for a small surcharge checked me into the room at 8 am - I even made it to breakfast, which was very useful after a long flight, since I avoid eating on board the plane. In general - if you are planning a short stay in Abu Dhabi - you can Feel free to book this hotel. You won't be disappointed. Гостиница расположена достаточно удачно с точки зрения транспортной доступности, но достаточно далеко от центра, чтобы в такую жару позволить себе пешую прогулку - поэтому для поездок в другие районы города и молл я использовал такси (такси удобны, чисты, безопасны и вполне недороги - россияне могут заказать даже Яндекс.Такси!). При раннем заселении администрация пошла мне навстречу и за небольшую доплату заселила меня в номер в 8 утра - я даже успел на завтрак, что было очень кстати после долгого перелета, так как я избегаю приёма пищи на борту самолёта. В целом - если вы планируете недлительную остановку в Абу-Даби - можете смело бронировать эту гостиницу. Вы не будете разочарованы.

I recently stayed at the Millennium was impressed by its great location and excellent service. The staff and environment here are much better compared to the Millennium property in downtown Dubai, making it a more pleasant experience overall.   The only drawback was the curtains in the room—they couldn’t fully close in the middle, allowing light to seep in every morning, which acted as an unintended wake-up call.   If they can resolve this minor issue, it would make the stay perfect. Regardless, it’s a fantastic option in Abu Dhabi and one I’d recommend.

It was one of the best locations for a resort, the view was truly amazing! the cleanliness is ok, the food was amazingly delicious too, we ordered from room service we really love the lamb chops and the shrimp biryani, even in the pool bar the food was served fresh and appetising, not to mention the breakfast was absolutely devine the breads were freshly baked. there were many things we wanted to comment was about the services its taking too long to order and the order to arrive. we also noticed that some of the facilities were idle and abandoned. it is quite sad to see that this hotel is beautiful yet so much left behind. We can even imagine the breeze during winter, althou this hotel is currently operating, it was very noticeable too that there were under staff. I have to praise all the staffs that we encountered from the luggage area to reception to the gym and the breakfast staffs, also the housekeeping were very polite and attentive, despite of all the challenges. I hope that the management would see the greatest potential of this hotel, lies to the staffs who are very willing to serve, they just need more motivation and incentives indeed. All the best! cant wait to experience it again on winter.

It is a nice hotel of the Danat chain, hotels of this chain guarantee they do not disappoint you. But the biggest weak point of this hotel is the room is not noise proof at all. This place is family friendly considering its nice pool area, and the very reason makes this hotel super noisy. It felt like I was sharing a room with a whole family. Still, this hotel is nice in that its staff are very nice and accommodating, its pool area is nice and spacious. It is small but clean, and I liked its balcony too -- you can see Jebel Haffeet snaky road from afar. Its worth the money.

I had a wonderful stay at Aloft Al Ain. The hotel offers a modern and stylish ambiance, with clean and comfortable rooms. The staff is professional, friendly, and always ready to assist. The facilities, including the rooftop pool and dining options, are excellent. The only suggestion I have is to add a small pipe or bidet for wudhu (ablution) in the bathrooms, which would be a great convenience for Muslim guests. Other than that, everything was perfect, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Located less than an hour from the center. There is a silence that doesn't make a noise at night. It's a very luxurious place to see the sunset sinking in the desert. A place you want to visit once. All the staff are polite and wonderful, and the cooperation is really good. There are plenty of 々 activities such as camel riding, desert buggy, zip line, etc. A desert resort with everything.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. The central location made it convenient for exploring the city. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and memorable experience.

The environment is very good. It is in the city center, next to a large supermarket and shopping mall. The parking lot is large and free and convenient. The room is more than 60 square meters. It is a suite. It is very spacious and nice. Maybe I will never have the chance to come to this first-tier city in the future. I recommend it to everyone.

My stay here was excellent. I traveled alone as a single western woman, had a safe and pleasant experience. The hotel is very clean, highly professional, the services are easy to access (cafes, restaurant, spa, pool, and gym are all top notch). The room was spacious, clean, I booked the classic executive suite with kitchen but no cooking facilities. I brought my own induction cook top and groceries, which was great. The kitchen was really big and able to accommodate big meals and small snacks. The bathroom was great, very spacious with a luxurious bathtub and separate shower stall. The best thing about the place was the customer service. I have 11 packages sent to myself from Amazon, and Yunip the concierge was gracious to hold all the packages for me until I arrived. Extra shoutout to him -- thank you! The reception service was also great, they were able to accommodate my late check out. Everything was perfect, will return again soon. Thankyou!

This hotel came with the recommendation of our local HR Department. Being an experienced business traveller I have high standards and can see beyond the initial wow factors. There was external renovation being completed at the time but hotel cannot be criticised for that. Good view of the mountains and pool from 4th floor room. Quite a lot of families at the pool but careful observation and picking quieter times was easy to do. I now know that for guest picking suites or villas there is a separate, quieter pool. Trader Vics is a feature, as is the downstairs bar. Drinks are good value. Food a little on the expensive side. The key feature for me was the service from staff. Excellent. Will always go the extra mile.
