Service super good: Everyone from front counter till cleaner will shine their brightest smile to you and provide anything you want Superb location: Just next to gongbei port(can walk to Macau in 5mins) and Zhuhai railway station (also 5min) Clean for every corner: I can always see cleaner in every floor to ensure cleanliness of room/lobby etcetera. Even laundry room there's someone specifically been assigned to take care for the cleanliness Various Amenities: hv laundry room(with dryers)+seaview gym. Slippers/shampoo/toiletries provided with good quality Additional: Herbal tea near to the hotel is good. Pls drop by uncle auntie's stall when u visit Zhuhai

Our stay at Chimelong Hengqin was excellent. The package we booked includes breakfast buffet, unlimited access to the Ocean Kingdom for two days, 1 night with 1-way yacht ride to or from the hotel. It also includes Chimelong show ticket for two. We booked this hotel for my birthday and it was a really great stay. We booked the Starlight room for us to see the fireworks display at night from our room. It was wonderful and the fireworkds display lasted for fifteen minutes. We had an excellent time. The only downside was that the frontdesk can’t speak English really well so she weren’t able to answer our questions regarding ocean kingdom passes, show schedule, etc. She didn’t give us an Ocean Kingdom map together with the tickets so we wasted a lot of time finding out the show schedule on our own. The assigned reception lady failed to direct us to go to the hotel lounge where our complimentary refreshments await. We learned about it only after we checked out by staying there while waiting for our car pick-up. There are two wings in the hotel: Seahorse and Dolphin. For the breakfast, we were informed to go to seahorse wing but our buffet is called “Dolphin Buffet”. We had to go back to the main lobby to ask where to go exactly.🤣🤣 Travel tips for foreigners visiting this hotel: Always have your translator app ready. Do your research and read other reviews thoroughly to know how to get around. The hotel itself is so huge. Going from one place to another takes some time. From 9-10am, the buffet area is packed and sometimes you are to be on queue for noodles, changfan, waffles and some others. Have breakfast early.😇

I had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Zhuhai for the first time, and it truly was a memorable experience. From the moment I checked in, Gavin at the front desk greeted me with a big welcoming smile and exceptional friendliness. He went above and beyond by upgrading us to a seaview room in celebration of my birthday, which made the stay even more special. Gavin’s helpfulness and warm attitude made a lasting impression. I really enjoyed the cozy and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. It was a perfect place to relax, and I felt very cared for throughout my stay. I’m already looking forward to returning soon, especially when my mom’s birthday in August. Thank you to the entire team for making our experience so delightful!

Lovely hotel with very nice rooms. The location is a bit in between everything but it’s convenient to walk around and do something. There’s no bar or real lobby lounge, which is a bit boring if you stay longer. But there is an (outdoor) pool and a decent gym. Only annoying thing is that the service staff keeps asking for 5 star reviews, they even call to the room to do so. For the rest I would recommend this hotel.

Our 3-day family getaway to Dameisha was pure bliss! Beach days, pool dips, tasty food and cozy moments! plus HUGE thanks to the amazing staff at our hotel and our lovely butler ‘泡芺‘ who made everything perfect. Even an unplanned rain adventure couldn’t dampen our spirits!

Geography: Next to the Golden Sands Bay, suitable for couples, families and children, children will have a lot of fun playing in the sand. I don't know about business, it should not be suitable, because there is a lot of traffic during the holidays, and the public transportation situation has not been experienced yet. Hygiene/Service: Intercontinental management level, no surprises, no surprises. Facilities: The special thing is that there is a swimming pool to check in, and the rest is no different from ordinary Intercontinental. Dining: Breakfast is average, there are fewer Chinese dishes on the third floor, and I haven't tried the Japanese food on the second floor. I guess it's average. It is recommended to eat seafood in the surrounding area. Room: The space is OK, and the sea view room is recommended.

Just had a surprise birthday weekend for the family! We have 3 June birthday boys! It’s always a headache to arrange gathering . This year we have decided to just go for a quick weekend in Zhuhai ! We chose Zhuhai Grand-Bay Hotel . Their staff very friendly, service was great !! Most importantly are their manager Allen and associate Yuko !! Both were very helpful , not just during work hours but they also assist us over their leaves too !!

Le Meridien is a nice hotel, beautiful big rooms with a spacious balcony and an excellent view. The facilities are good, breakfast had a lot of options hot, cold, Chinese and Western but was extremely busy. The beach and the views were stunning and the hotel is conveniently next to a specialist built area with few restaurants, shops and some bars. The biggest drawback of this hotel is the layout. The hotel is very large (two wings) with multiple doors and gates which in theory should allow you your get around easily but everything was locked! We were close to the a lift and a door with a paved path to the street with the restaurants but the gate was padlocked all weekend. This made is especially frustrating when it torrentially rained and we could see the door into our elevator but had to walk all the way to reception in a thunderstorm. We watched people and families all weekend follow paths that led to gates which were padlocked only to have to walk all the way back and try and figure out a way around. It made no sense especially when the beach access is a locked gate opened with your room key, so why couldn’t the other gates work the same? Overall if you’re looking to stay on the premises, it’s a gorgeous hotel but we spent far too much time walking back and forth and there isn’t a lot to do in the immediate area.

The hotel is so clean and comfortable to all tourists spot. And they’ve provided an incredible breakfast, I love to stay at Red when I passed by Zhuhai every time . The staff (Alex) were so kind and approachable, highly recommended.

Excellent service and facilities. Very nice room. Staff are extraordinarily helpful, polite and cheerful. Particular praise to Ms Lyn Lin, who gave us a big welcome in receiving us and bid us farewell with complimentary drinks. Hightly recommended. Will surely visit again.
