The staff members were all very friendly and welcoming. The hotel overall was very cozy, particularly the onsens. Although all the four onsens were opened for all guests at the hotel, you can use one of them as long as you want because guests are instructed to hang a sign on the onsen to show that it is currently occupied. This is a great way for the guests to enjoy privacy to themselves, although it is opened publicly. Dinner and breakfast was included in the package so we did not have to worry about finding nearby restaurants. The food was delicious here! Would definitely recommend if you enjoy traditional Japanese meals to get the full experience. We had a private barbecue for dinner, and it was truly immaculate! However, there was smoke all over the hotel lobby coming from the barbecue so it would have been better if they kept the windows opened. It was also indoors so it was slightly overwhelming with all the smoke everywhere in the restaurant. But everything else was on point and breakfast was particularly delicious.

The local environment is very good and high quality. The location is good, it is easy to find by driving and not difficult at all. The service was excellent. Very attentive to the details. Dinner and breakfast were of excellent quality. There is a Hong Kong service staff, special thanks to him for introducing the surrounding tourist attractions. Worth coming back!

It was really, really good. It was the best of my trip to Japan. The hot spring water was so soft and slippery that I felt like it was improving my skin. Above all, the location and atmosphere are great... We just walked up to see Yufuin, and it was a walkable distance. The owner was friendly and the meal was very delicious. You are so good!! It’s flawless and I highly recommend it~~!

The hotel staff are friendly and attentive. It is a 10-minute drive from Yufuin Station to the hotel. The hotel has a shuttle service (it is not recommended to walk to the hotel). You need to make a reservation in advance for pick-up. There is a private bath in the hotel room. There are only about 10 rooms in the hotel. , basically you only see other guests during breakfast and dinner time. If you want a quiet space, this hotel is very suitable. The ingredients for breakfast and dinner are very fresh and exquisite, and it is worth praising the chef's thoughts.
