Stayed at hotel 3x times over 2 weeks. Room # 3609 has obvious water seepage issue on the bedroom wall, from the shower water most likely, so do expect some wear and tear, seeing hotel has been around for couple of years already .. Also wish the main toilet was better thought out, with counter space and also space to hang used towels, etc.. Other than that, we are truly happy with hardworking front desk and house-keeping staff who took very good care of us and make the shortfall in the hardware aspect more bearable.

Hotel location is good, you can walk from the jinan west train station. Service was not the best and not the worst. It was hard to find the check-in desk(there is no lobby only a desk at 22th floor) room was not clean and hot water pressure was very low that you have to shower with cold water. But price was cheap so don’t expect more for that price.

TTamuThe lobby is very impressive but the rooms are in need of refurbishment. Not that clean either. Bathrooms were in poor condition with previous guests hair still in it Restaurant was good and the access to the beach is nice. It's obviously more of a summer resort hotel but it still looks tired.

MMindtalityI recently visited this hot spring, and every part of the experience was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with genuine warmth and kindness, going above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of. They gave me more than I expected, and their hospitality truly made the entire visit unforgettable. The facilities were spotless, beautifully maintained, and relaxing in every way. The water temperature was perfect, the atmosphere calm and peaceful, and everything felt thoughtfully arranged for guests to unwind. It’s clear the team takes great pride in their work and genuinely cares about their visitors. After soaking in the hot spring, I had a meal at the on-site restaurant, and the food was outstanding—the dumplings, in particular, were perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and easily some of the best I’ve ever had. I would honestly come back just for those dumplings alone. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway with excellent service, delicious food, and a truly welcoming environment, this hot spring is the perfect choice. Many thanks to all the wonderful staff for your amazing hospitality—I’ll definitely be returning and sharing this experience with others.

TTamuAmazing stay The hotel is behind the Intercontinental hotel, right in the marina. It’s close to 4th May square. We have had a family room as it’s 6 of us and it was still great. The only thing is that’s only one shower, but we managed. The room is on 2 floors, upstairs big bedroom with a double bed and a toilet and downstairs one double bed a one single bed. The breakfast was nice, my kids loved it. Really great value for money. And the staff was very nice, very attentive to our needs. There’s also a Landry room, the hotel provided us with the detergent, free of charge. Totally recommend the place !!

TTamuWas a good hotel in general, some of the lights didn’t work in the room and some made a small buzzing sound when on. The elevators at the building had a long wait to go up or down (I had to wait ~8 mins to go down one time). Other than that I would stay here again due to its good location for both railway stations and the rest of the city.
