Très bonne amplitude horaire pour les départs et arrivées Service de navettes gratuites que ce soit aussi bien pour se rendre à EPCOT (non testée mais à partir de ce parc il est possible de se rendre notamment à magic kingdom via le monorail super pratique) et à Universal Studios. Les horaires sont tôt le matin pour arriver et commencer dès l’ouverture Enfin, l’hôtel est tout proche d’Universal Studios, très pratique pour rentrer potentiellement en taxi ou autre et profiter des nombreuses boutiques et animations le soir

Stayed there for two nights. The hotel is five minutes away from the Airport, there is a Restaurant and bar attached to the Hotel and Mc Donald across the parking lot. There is also a few restaurants just about 10 minutes walk and a IHOP five minutes walk The rooms was very clean and spacious. Staff very professional and knowledgeable. There is a huge mall, called Dolphin Mall just 15 minutes away by Uber costing about $10/15 dollars. Pool was larger than expected and the Gym was a bit small but effective. I fully recommend this Hotel, it’s quite reasonable and FREE SHUTTLE to and from Airport

Kami naik bus LYNX 42 dari bandara MCO, 45 menit hingga 1 jam, dan berjalan kaki sekitar 15 menit ke hotel. Hotel menyediakan bus antar-jemput gratis (bus 20 tempat duduk) ke Universal Studio Orlando pukul 08.25 (hanya satu kali dan akan menjemput penumpang di hotel-hotel terdekat lainnya) dan menjemput kembali pukul 18.00 (hanya satu kali) dari Universal Studio. Saya sangat menyarankan untuk menunggu di pintu masuk hotel 10-15 menit sebelum waktu penjemputan untuk mendapatkan tempat duduk. Tidak perlu reservasi terlebih dahulu. Uber kurang dari 10 USD untuk kembali ke hotel. Kami mendapat kamar 313. Dua tempat tidur queen, tempat tidurnya nyaman dan bantalnya cukup. Rak/gantungan pakaian cukup. Hanya kulkas mini yang tersedia di kamar. Tidak ada ketel air. Microwave hanya tersedia di resepsionis. Kebersihan cukup baik, dari kamar tidur hingga kamar mandi. Perlengkapan kamar mandi hanya berupa sampo, kondisioner, sabun mandi cair, dan losion tubuh. Pembersihan kamar dilakukan setiap hari. Sarapan tersedia dari pukul 6 pagi hingga 10 pagi, hanya telur rebus, sereal, susu, yogurt, jus apel, jus jeruk, bagel, selai, krim keju, dan oatmeal. Kopi, teh, dan air panas gratis 24 jam. Lokasi hotel cukup jauh dari semua tempat wisata. Perlu berkendara atau menggunakan Uber untuk pergi ke mal dan tempat wisata. Universal Studio berjarak 45 menit berjalan kaki dari hotel.

Good value to price. We had a 2 queen room on the 3rd floor. Nothing fancy on the outside, but has everything you need to feel comfortable and unwind in the room. Do note that it may smell a musty if you are very sensitive to smell. Because you are so close to the highway, it gets loud especially on pool side, but also for the location, you're not too far from downtown and the highway to move around orlando. Front desk was friendly and breakfast had a good variety. Would stay again

Bertepatan dengan liburan Natal, harga hotel di Miami melonjak terlalu tinggi. Orlando relatif lebih baik, dan hotel ini hanya seratusan dolar, bisa dibilang sangat terjangkau. Lokasinya cukup nyaman, ada SPBU dan minimarket di depan, juga McDonald's terbesar di dunia. Dalam jarak sepuluh menit jalan kaki, ada supermarket besar, tempat pengambilan mobil sewaan, berbagai restoran, dan prasmanan Cina. Fasilitasnya juga cukup lengkap, ada bus antar-jemput gratis ke Universal Studios. Kamarnya memang agak tua, tapi petugas meja depan saat check-in sangat ramah, dan kamar di lantai dua yang menghadap ke halaman dalam sangat tenang dan tidak berbau apak. (Namun, kamar yang menghadap jalan mungkin akan bising, sebaiknya dihindari)

Rooms need updating, door locks to and from the room and bathroom are hard to open. Odd to have fridge and microwave in the bathroom area. The double bed or queen bed....wow small when im use to a king, especially for 2 people. Check-in LONG wait!!! Requested extra pillows bc only 3 on each bed, housekeeping was on point and very attentive and had them within 10 mins. Parking was $10 a night. The 24 hour mini mart is not 24 hours. The coffee shop, coffee was good but doesn't open til 630am. The hotel breakfast was like $15 a person not including tax, 5 and under free with paying adult. Not a bad but not the best. The hard boiled eggs....they need to be boiled then put in cold water for easy peeling....these were far from easy to peal and made a mess. Odd you are limited to one juice per person at breakfast....why can't I have a small orange juice and a small apple....not a large orange juice. Would I stay again.... yeah. I'm fairly local and have been to several of the hotels in Orlando.

Hotel was still in the process of being built with some facilities unavailable. Room was large but very hollow and like a barn with no carpet on the floor only hard flooring. Cold tap in kitchen did not work and no cooking utensils and limited knives and forks etc. Breakfast was also poor with throw away plates and wooden cutlery like on an airplane . Expensive for what it was and I would not stay again

Ccm2024As people who travel regularly, we place a lot of emphasis on other reviews when booking. I was rather concerned reading previous reviews of this property, but having stayed at multiple other Ritz Carlton’s (Singapore, Koh Samui, Dalllas, Melbourne etc) we hoped the brand would live up to expectations and great experiences at other properties. IT DID NOT! Strongly suggest avoiding this property at all costs. Look at the low ranked reviews, they all make sense to me after staying. This property has us questioning if we would ever stay with this brand again. Amazing isn’t it, how one property can tarnish a brands reputation. We have been overcharged after checkout after settling the bill when leaving (unresolved at this point but will get to that later). The first room we checked into had air conditioning so loud you could not hear the TV. It was also dirty with marks and dust/grime on every surface and excess dog hair on the floor. I went to the front desk and the best they could do was “send someone up to check the A/C. The property was practically empty. This was not good enough! I was fortunate enough to speak with the GM who remedied the room situation immediately. We then dealt with Daniel (who was on loan from Santa Barbara Ritz Carlton) he was a great reflection on the brand. He upgraded us, which was appreciated but not expected, just a room with a reasonable a/c would have been fine. Rooms are very average, worn and not clean. Linen was stained, towels so old some had tears and holes in them. The majority of the staff seemed like they would rather be anywhere else than at the Ritz Carlton South, can’t say I blame them but really let the place down. When dining they would bring the bill before we had finished dining over and over, at times even advising their break was about to start so needed to provide bill, how about you get another staff member to do this… Upon checkout I paid with an alternate card than I used for the security deposit (to avoid international transaction fees). I settled the bill of approx $450usd and away we went. A few days later, a charge of $390usd (approx) appears on my original card used for security deposit (along with an international transaction fee). This charge is absolute rubbish and was not warranted, everything was settled and paid on check out. I rang and rang and rang all day to the hotel and the phone was never answered. Finally I had to call and international call centre where the wind noise in the background was so loud I could hardly hear. I was then told the extra was for bar charges (not ours!) we had one whisky and a coke at the bar which was on my bill at checkout. I was then told they would try to contact hotel and hopefully in up to 2 weeks they would respond to the call centre, and sometime after to me. This from Ritz Carlton? Disgraceful. We then got lucky and got the US call centre. This was much more helpful and the agent advised the hotel would call back the same day. Still no call back from Hotel, no explanation of why my card was charged… no invoice, no receipts. Now I need to go through the process of disputing the transaction with my bank. Really? The old saying one bad apple spoils the cart, couldn’t be more true of the Ritz Carlton South Beach. There were many other disappointing things that happened during the stay that isn’t even worth going into. Such an epic disappointment from this brand. I am hoping this property reaches out as promised but it holding my breath. Do better Ritz Carlton South Beach! Not wanting to end on such a sour note. Daniel (from RC Santa Barbara) was a standout for guest service as was Noela at the Valet, both embody what guest expect from RC.

TTamuPositive: The room was ok clean. We had a good sleep. The working desk was really nice, the wifi okish. The airport shuttle was also nice. Negative: No coffee provided and the swimming trunks from someone before left in the bathroom. We called the reception and they told us, that someone would show up to bring coffee and remove the swimming trunk. But nothing happened. Besides of this, this hotel is not well maintained. There are holes in the gangway - It's better not to look too closely. All in all its totally overpriced, but there are not so many option that close to the airport. 🤷♀️

TTamuI enjoyed my stay at Tru by Hilton in downtown Fort Lauderdale. The location was great. Downtown, easy access to everywhere, without feeling like you’re in the middle of a busy city. The staff was very warm and welcoming. Over all, the vibe of the place is very much like college dorm or summer camp for grown adults. I’d definitely stay here again. The free breakfast every morning was also a very nice addition.
