The hotel was very cheap we payed around 35euro. the room was quite big with a bathtub and a nice terrace overlooking the pool. The bellman was extremely nice. Unfortunately the room was dirty, the floor there was dirt on the wall. I called in the afternoon to confirm that the room would be a kind bed. Once we arrived it was twin. We were very tired and it was late, we had to wait that the housekeeping staff come to make à the bed king. He was super nice by the way. Sorry to say that we do not believe the hotel is up to its 5 star standard. It is a good hotel and the hotel does take care to look after it and make it enjoyable for people staying but if you are expecting 5 star quality it will let you down. In the room, inside the kettle, the coffee cup and the spoon were dirty (these hadn’t had a clean before us arriving), there was an awful sewage smell coming from the drain in the shower so bad that if we didn’t shut the bathroom door ah all times our room smelt revolting (this was room 336) I don’t know if it’s a general thing or just unlucky with the room. It felt like at times staff would favour people who have stayed at the hotel before (regulars) or people who had been staying there for a few days rather than welcoming new people. Finally, to top off our stay here, 5am we needed to leave for the airport, we asked the reception if he would kindly just call us a taxi, he told us this would be a charge of 250 DHR (we already knew this should have been no more than 150), we said no thank you walked into the street and got a taxi for 100 DHR. My wife and I were in a trip around Morocco, starting in Marrakesh and finishing in Tanger. This hotel was a terrific idea to rest of the trip, to be near of the shore and restaurants. The people is very kind and the room is amazing

It is estimated that Chefchaouen is the only hotel with a swimming pool. It is equivalent to the domestic Samsung standard. The location of the hotel is particularly good, just at the foot of the Blue City, don't go directly to the door, no need to drag the suitcase to climb the old city. Although the hardware facilities are ordinary, the service is very good. We left the night before and the hotel said that we would leave early the next day and could not catch up with breakfast. The front desk immediately told the restaurant people that they would pack us a little bit the next day. As a result, when I left early the next morning, the duty officer gave us two large packages of food: bread, scones, dessert, 1 liter of milk, yogurt, and lots of fruit. This amount is saved for lunch, very good!

Hotel location and room quality were very good. The breakfast was rich with choices, but number of coffee machines were not enough. There were long queues in front of the only two machines. However, they brewed good coffee from seeds. We enjoyed the beautiful voice and songs of the lady at the piano bar in the evenings, but very interestingly the hotel does not have a bar or cafeteria with a sea view. We had to go out to cafeterias nearby to have a cup of coffee with a sea view after a work day. Also they lacked proper stock of alcohol-free beer. It was only available 3 out of 7 nights we stayed and was extremely expensive. I also think the hotel is a bit on the expensive side compared to what it offers. We would stay there again if we get a better deal than this time. Otherwise we will try another hotel. Staff was generally nice and helpful with a smile.

A Big Thank You and appreciation for all Sofitel Team is one of the best stays that I had have in my life .Special Thank you for Mohamed who took care for everything for me and made the stay easy and beautiful the hotel is amazing and the services where top noch amazing .Thank you guys you made my trip shine in ur presence .the hotel close to everything rincon city is beautiful I had tried Marbella Lounge just it's about 5 min from the hotel . Had a good varieties of seafood fresh dishes made by the chef Simo. All staff members where polite and serviceable at 100%.

The hotel merits the 5 star rating. Excellent all around. Breakfast is worth praising for the selection and quality of the produce. The staff is very attentive to guests' needs and comfort. A word of praise for the assistant floor/reception manager who out of his way to see to it that my stay was pleasant and memorable. Would only advise not to arrange airport pick-up through the hotel. The service will cost more than double that of a regular taxi. Otherwise, and as a seasoned world traveler, I strongly recommend the hotel.

Stayed here many times, very good central location. Rooms of variable quality, a few have balconies, plenty hot water, nice pool and garden, unfortunately deckchairs are no longer allowed in garden...only round the pool. Breakfast is OK, bit expensive, nice cafes just round corner offer better coffee and value. Garden used as gaint bar / restaurant / spanish caberet in summer evenings, can be noisy in pool side rooms, in evening, but I dont mind it.

Nice location close to Tangier Ville the ferry terminal. Walking distance to lots of attractions. Breakfast choice is huge, including all local stuff. Design of room with glass panel between bath and bed is odd as light could affect the other sleeping. Service is good and front desk been very helpful.
