It was a great experience. The room has a very beautiful view of the sea, it's a real fantasy. And it will take very little time to walk from the hotel to the sea - about 10 minutes. I also really liked the onsen. I would like to note the convenience of shuttles - they run frequently and do not need to be booked in advance. The rooms were very clean. The overall impression is wonderful.

The spring is really nice and clear. The view for fireworks is awesome, close and avoid from the crowds. There are free ice shaving on the ground floor but not available at night which was a bit disappointed as I would like to have it after spring.

Beautiful onsen — our favorite stay in Japan with my family! The traditional breakfast was delicious with a very large selection of dishes. The rooms are gorgeous, quiet, and spacious — and everything was exceptionally clean. The cleaning crew truly does an amazing job. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, making us feel warmly welcomed. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the train station, and having a washer and dryer available for guests was a big plus. Highly recommended — we would love to stay here again!

我和家人對此酒店有兩種不同評價。對於酒店位置我覺得好滿意，因為可以望海，睇到日出，睇到大月亮，仲可以睇到煙花。但阿妹就覺得離車站太遠，沿路太斜，巴士不多，好難行。對於酒店設施，我覺得尚可，但阿妹就嫌舊，嫌惡床單上有污跡。對於愛好海景，追求性價比的朋友，這裡是不錯的；對於追求新穎酒店設施的朋友，則需要多加思考。

TTamuThe hotel is clean and the room is spacious, if you’re into Zen etc then it’s perfect location for that, Otherwise you will need to resort to shuttle bus and in our case we rented a car to get around the local areas. I didn’t know that regardless of you use it or not you will be charged for the onsen fee, which no one tell us at check in, it’s a small thing but it would be nice to be told everything upfront.

TTamuBeautiful hotel that’s located right by the seaside with unobstructed view of the sea. Outdoor onsen looks directly out to the sea and it’s amazing. Tatami was made for us already when we arrived and the mattress was thick and comfortable. We didn’t choose to have food there, and instead went out—there are several small restaurants nearby and are within short walking distance. The staff were friendly, they came out to greet us in the rain when we arrived. Highly recommend if you are visiting the area.

TTamuIt was a quaint, cozy hotel situated close to JR Atami Station. The hotel has very good food for both dinner and breakfast! The staff are friendly and even though they can't speak good English, they tried their best to communicate to the best of their knowledge and I really appreciate it! I especially enjoyed my time at the onsen on the rooftop, it has good facilities. The only thing is the cleanliness of the room, since there is still water in the kettle from the previous guests, I didn't want to drink any water from the kettle because of it. They should replace it with a new kettle or clean it. Otherwise, the room is also very cozy, they give yukatas for guests to wear them around the hotel and they also offer free transport to JR Atami station. Otherwise, I would have struggled to get around since there is lack of public transportation at Atami! I still have a very good time and enjoyed my time because of the friendly staff at the hotel, they are very helpful! 10/10 will come back again with my friends or family in the future.

TTamuThe hotel is excellent, with spacious rooms and beautiful scenery. It offers facilities such as an open-air bath, swimming pool, karaoke, and tennis court. Guests can also book a free shuttle to and from the JR station. It feels like a bit of a waste for just two people — it’s more suitable for four to five guests. The front desk staff are warm and attentive. Since the hotel is located in the mountains, I encountered a centipede in the hallway. Walking there is not recommended.
