Hotel Dengan Kolam Renang di Saxony, Jerman

Die Lage des Hotels hat uns sehr begeistert. Alle gewünschten Ziele waren bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, die Bahn direkt vor der Tür – einfach ideal! Der Pool am Abend bot eine willkommene Entspannung. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Die Lautstärke im großzügigen Frühstücksraum könnte etwas angenehmer sein. Aber wo viele Menschen sind, ist die Geräuschkulisse eben entsprechend.

地理位置非常好，距離火車站就衹有幾步路，離動物園也很近，位於整個萊比西的市中心房間層高很高以及樓層數都挺好的，可以俯瞰整個萊比希的風光。

Angenehme Lage, Altstadt zu Fuß zu erreichen. 5 Minuten Laufweg zu günstigen Parkplätzen. Der Zimmerpreis ist wettbewerbsfähig. Frühstück reichlich, aber für 1 Brötchen und 1 Kaffee zu hoch.

The only positive thing about this hotel were the room, big and spacious, and the location, super central. Although the moquette is unhygienic. I always appreciate a luggage rack but one in a room for 2 people is ridiculous. We also got unlucky with the bathroom as the shower curtain was mounted wrong so taking a shower meant creating a lake in the bathroom. The hotel is not very well organised, we had to wait a lot to check-in and when it was finally our turn, even though the room was ready, we would have had to pay to check in earlier for mere 50 minutes. Embarrassing. We left the luggages and came back later and had to queue again with all the guests that had just arrived, for more than half an hour. We only needed the key cards, we already did all the paperwork. They preauthorised 50€ per night on our cards, in case we wanted to use the room service or the restaurant, which we explained we didn’t. And if you looked at the room service menu, you wouldn’t want to as well.. I would expect a famous chain like the Hilton to know that “Taglietelle Carbonara” doesn’t exist, it’s “Spaghetti carbonara” or “Rigatoni alla carbonara”. Furthermore “Spaghetti bolognese” doesn’t exist as well, it’s “tagliatelle bolognese”. There’s a pool but it’s unclear if it’s available to every guest. The staff is not keen on divulging information. It would be nice if more of the staff would be able to speak English (and maybe a third language) as a lot of the guests are tourists from other countries.

Das Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen voll und ganz erfüllt! Die Lage ist hervorragend – in nur wenigen Minuten ist man mitten in der Altstadt und der Fußgängerzone, und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und von guter Qualität, sodass der Tag perfekt starten konnte. Die Zimmer waren sauber, groß und sehr gemütlich, man hat sich sofort wohlgefühlt. Auch die Parkgarage war ein großer Pluspunkt und sehr praktisch. Rundum ein gelungener Aufenthalt, wir können das Hotel weiterempfehlen!

Allgemein sehe ich eine Diskrepanz zwischen Anspruch/Preis und Wirklichkeit. Das Hotel wurde nett renoviert, Zimmer sind aber sehr klein. Das innere ist sehr ruhig, aber es fehlt etwas an Ambiente (Hintergrundmusik? …). Service nicht auf 5 Sterne Niveau (bsp wurde uns zu keinem Zeitpunkt Hilfe mit unserem Gepäck angeboten, auch nicht, als ein Mitarbeiter zufällig in den selben Fahrstuhl stieg). Lage ist top. Preis aber zu hoch.

We were given a room with one double bed although my reservation was two single beds. The lady on front desk was impolite. They said we don’t have room only one. That one was for people with disabilities the toilet was too high and there was no bathtub. My reservation was with street view and you can see in the photo the view we got.

Very nice hotel! Location is in the city center. Everything in few steps. Parking. Big room.
