It has two bedrooms with an open floor plan living and dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and sliding doors leading onto a private balcony with excellent water views. For your entertainment there is a TV in the living area. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has two single beds with saparate bathrooms. There is a powder room on the ground floor. All villas have safety deposit boxes in which you can store your valuables.The Villa is located within a gated commmunity with 24 hr security. It is only a 10 minute walk to the Commercial Centre and Marina, where there are an abundance of shops including; a large supermarket, bank, pharmacy, bars, and restaurants.
