If you are looking for that just enough noise but stilll wanted to relax during your stay, this property is for you. Beachfront property located in Station 3, away from the loudness of Station 2. The check-in in process was okay, I had the Deluxe room in ground floor. The king bed was awesome, I am not a fan of wooden features in hotel rooms but this one is good for me. Separate doors for shower and toilet which is nice. It could get noisy at night as they have some singer performers every night until 10 pm, so if you want to sleep early I think you could ask for higher floors to get away from the noise. But the performers were great, I actually enjoyed them. The pool is located just accross the restaurant and the stage performances, just enough to have a dip on it. My favorite part was the breakfast! They have great choices and good quality food also. You could enjoy breakfast while looking at the beach and its pristine waters. Had dinner at 8 Restaurant, the back ribs are delicious, one of the best in the island!

It's a total package, The room is nice and clean, staff were accommodating the whole time caloy was helpful, facilities are complete, the place is near the center, very accessible. if you need a nice and quiet vacay this is perfect, breakfast was great! We enjoyed our stay. We will definitely come back!

This is my second time staying at Ferra Hotel and Garden Suites but still enjoying the nice location of the hotel which is a quick 5 minutes walk only from the dmall and the main beach and the bulabog beach side as well. The staff are so friendly, easy to approach, and helpful in any way they can regarding your room and your stay. Will be back in boracay soon and will stay at this hotel again and again! Walk down the Back Beach or Station 2 for 2-3 mins and then you arrive at this quaint like Shack looking structure which is their Bar and a walk way of beach sand and greenery reminding that this is the reason you came to Boracay. The Levantin does just that, from the moment you lay eyes on the place. All your troubles seem to slip away. Even though it does not have a swimming pool, it doesn't matter a literal hop, skip and a jump. Your in clear blue waters on a white Sandy beach just like our Creator made it to be. It's perfect, finish a swim and your back at the bar for a nice cold drink, amazing food and top class service from Levantin's Bartenders. Smiles on their faces when they serve you, interactive when you need a pick up of what to do next. It's all happening at the Levantin. And the room is just awesome, simple, quaint and cool after a day out in the Sun. 5 star's for the hotel and everyone who work hard to keep it that way. You definitely have to visit this place.

For instance, when I needed a stronger Wi-Fi connection, they promptly provided a router directly to my room upon request—a small but thoughtful gesture that made a big difference. If you’re seeking a peaceful retreat that blends modern convenience with a spiritually uplifting environment, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. We also loved the small thoughtful touches the hotel provided, such as the beach bags and the Christmas tree photo opportunity—both of which were free and created wonderful memories for us. I also want to highlight the fantastic work of the staff at the beach and by the pools. Ben, in particular, made a great impression by remembering the names of my children and frequently addressing them personally. Additionally, the ice cream and popcorn offered to both kids and adults was a lovely gesture that we truly enjoyed. We had a wonderful time and will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends. Our experience at Caza Iyang was fantastic! The location is convenient, and the ambiance is peaceful and relaxing. The facilities are clean and beautifully designed. The food and service were excellent as well—definitely worth the price!

We decided to go for a holiday on Boracay Island for a week. We have been looking for a suitable accommodation option for a long time. And when we found this wonderful hotel, we were very happy. The price includes transfer from/to the airport. A friendly, smiling, wonderful young man met us at Caticlan airport, took our luggage, carried it into a comfortable minivan, and took us to the speed boat. The hotel is small, one-floor, there is no swimming pool or other interesting entertainment on site, BUT the hotel is a subsidiary hotel of the Coast Hotel, which has everything your heart desires: two swimming pools, an entertainment room with table hockey, a library, a Play Station, a small number of sports equipment. You can enjoy all these benefits on a par with the visitors of this hotel. This hotel is located directly on the coastline and very close to the Blue Marina Hotel. Although they offer a free shuttle service, it's limited to assigned times for pick-up and drop-off. This might not be ideal for those who enjoy late-night parties every night, as transportation within the island can be pricey. Overall, a great stay with some considerations to keep in mind.

All was good, location, spacious room and shower, water refill option, very comfortable bed with pillows and blanket, fridge in the room, good a/c and wifi. It was a little bit strange to use a key for the safe (not a passcode) because we have to bring it always with us, but ok.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The service was exceptional, and every staff member was caring and incredibly friendly. We especially appreciated the beach staff and the excellent service they provided. The breakfasts, although not huge, offered a great selection and were just perfect for us. The rooms were always clean, with no reminders needed. There were also fun activities for the kids, which was a nice touch. A special thank you to Ben, who took great care of us. We also loved the small thoughtful touches the hotel provided, such as the beach bags and the Christmas tree photo opportunity—both of which were free and created wonderful memories for us. I also want to highlight the fantastic work of the staff at the beach and by the pools. Ben, in particular, made a great impression by remembering the names of my children and frequently addressing them personally. Additionally, the ice cream and popcorn offered to both kids and adults was a lovely gesture that we truly enjoyed. We had a wonderful time and will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends. I’m sure we will be back again.

The hotel is located at the end of the s1 beach, 10 minutes walk from the beach to the Friday sign, 20 minutes to the Reef of the Virgin, Dmall more than half an hour, and it is good to walk at night. Although the hotel is not by the sea, but the right turn for 2 minutes is the best s1 on the island's beach, especially people, the sand is also very delicate, there are several 歪 neck trees on the beach to climb, so much to attract business. Very suitable for vacation. There are only a few rooms in the hotel. Basically, all the guests can read it when they have breakfast the next morning. Breakfast is checked on a piece of paper. There are two kinds of Philippine and American styles. We stayed for three nights and basically ate all the menus. The Philippine style is mainly fried rice. There are 5 kinds of food. Very tasty, more in line with the Chinese stomach, the American style is too simple, only two pieces of bread, one egg, bacon or sausage. If the child wants pancake, there is an extra charge. The rooms are all suites, there is a big living room and terrace, I like it very much, play with water. We throw wet towels and swimsuits directly on the terrace, then take a shower in the room, it is very convenient. The room is large and the bed is very comfortable. There is a desk and a large closet, but it is more ecological and dusty. The lighting in the room was insufficient, the air conditioning was too noisy, and strange animals screamed around at night, but it was not enough to be a deduction. The favorite thing is the food of his family. We eat it almost every day for dinner. We changed the pattern and tried various kinds of dishes that we could not understand. There was really no one to step on the thunder, whether it was Philippine beef chicken. American burger pasta, or Chinese chicken soup fried rice, are delicious! Let me talk about the pool that my daughter likes. The pool is really small, but there are not many guests. Most of the time, it is a swimming pool. When you are swimming, you can order in the restaurant. After a while, we will be served with a blanket. Eat, enjoy! Finally, talk about services, from the uncle of security, to every waiter, are smiles and welcome, the boss may be a Korean, did not communicate but saw him sitting at the door. Dinner can be delivered to the room, you can help to call the car to domall, the fare also helps us negotiate. It is said that there is a cemetery nearby, we have not seen it, and it has no effect. I personally do not believe this.

We decided to go for a holiday on Boracay Island for a week. We have been looking for a suitable accommodation option for a long time. And when we found this wonderful hotel, we were very happy. The price includes transfer from/to the airport. A friendly, smiling, wonderful young man met us at Caticlan airport, took our luggage, carried it into a comfortable minivan, and took us to the speed boat. Then we sailed by boat to the next pier, from which we were again taken by minivan directly to the hotel. The hotel is small, one-floor, there is no swimming pool or other interesting entertainment on site, BUT the hotel is a subsidiary hotel of the Coast Hotel, which has everything your heart desires: two swimming pools, an entertainment room with table hockey, a library, a Play Station, a small number of sports equipment. You can enjoy all these benefits on a par with the visitors of this hotel. This hotel is located directly on the coastline and very close to the Blue Marina Hotel. We took breakfast, which turned out to be not a bad option at all. Every day you choose your breakfast from the menu the night before. In the morning you go out to the hotel lobby, they set the table for you and you enjoy it in a relaxed atmosphere. Once we were sent to the Coast hotel for breakfast, we were amazed by the variety of dishes: cheeses, sausages, egg dishes, various fruits, vegetables, yogurt, pastries, main courses. Delicious. At Blue Marina you can only choose one dish. The lobby itself will also have three options for pastries, oatmeal, milk, juice, but no more. They could at least add some more fruit, it would be much better. The hotel room is good, with a large soft bed. Upon arrival, they left us small compliments: Coca-Cola, mango, bananas, a small bottle of rum, sweets, two beach bags, two hand sprays, two pairs of beach slippers. There are a huge number of different cafes near the hotel, so we didn’t go hungry. The beach is 3-5 minutes walk, which is also very cool. The only one huge minus is good audibility, a very loud sound from a nearby cafe, but somewhere at 11-12 at night it closes and there is no more music. But the neighbors can make noise all night, and you can hear it very well. I don’t know how it is in other hotels with this issue, but when we were choosing a hotel, we saw many reviews of hotels telling you that you could hear everything literally to the point of sneezing. Maybe these are the peculiarities of building construction, I am not keen on this matter. Overall, we enjoyed our vacation and would recommend staying at this hotel if your budget is small and you want a hotel close to the beach, with food and good service. This is definitely a worthy option, especially because of the transfer. We really liked everything, if we come to Boracay Island again, it will be the Blue Marina or Coast Hotel.

My stay at The Orient Beach Boracay was quite pleasant overall. The staff here are exceptionally friendly and approachable, which made the experience enjoyable. The amenities provided were also quite good. However, the main drawback is the distance from the Boracay stations. Although they offer a free shuttle service, it's limited to assigned times for pick-up and drop-off. This might not be ideal for those who enjoy late-night parties every night, as transportation within the island can be pricey. Overall, a great stay with some considerations to keep in mind.
