Staff at ambience suites were responsive and pleasant. Breakfast was provided and it was a decent spread. However, location was ~20mins walk from Fira main bus station (it says 10mins on gmaps but its uphill + we were carrying our luggages) so it was slightly inconvenient. Slightly noisy at night as well and the room does not use blackout curtains so the sun shines into the room at 6+ in the morning.

Opposite of hotel is sea view. Very nice view and location is very near to the town. Walking distance to the town and port. Restaurant just beside the hotel. Nice !

It was a romantic balcony, and it was an accommodation with all three views. If possible, we recommend booking a room with a balcony. As soon as I arrived, they gave me welcome wine haha. The breakfast was also delicious. Greek style~~ There's a very large bottle of bottled water in the refrigerator. Thanks to that, when the water didn't work, I washed my face with that bottled water. (The next morning, the electricity went out and the water didn't work, but I don't know if it was like that originally or just the day I stayed. Just in case, take a shower and sleep the night before.) The view is really pretty. I sat on a chair and looked at the view for a while and basked in the sunlight. I think it would be nice to sit in the evening as the weather gets warmer. If I ever come to Santorini again, I will book this place. It also explains which tourist attractions are good to visit, which restaurants are delicious, and what routines are good. If you have a lot of luggage, you can also get a pick-up service to the airport for 30 euros. It's difficult to move with a long carrier. (I brought a backpack, so I just took a local bus that costs 2 euros.. haha) The attached photos are all taken at the accommodation. It wasn't taken well on a cloudy day, but it was really pretty :)

Excellent holiday. Stayed a week and explored the island at a leisurely pace, best way with no rush. Thank you and credit to Sophie at the front desk. She is so helpful and cheery. She helped us book day excursion trips to the volcano, Oia sunset trip, rental car, airport transfer. 👍👍 Sophie. Porter & breakfast room service was the other excellent experience at this hotel. Then there is the view from our terrace & hot tub, beautiful. Room was cozy, clean & comfortable. The well maintained light color walls inside and outside this property is just amazing. Just like all of Santorini, the white buildings in the bright sun is just outstanding. Highly recommend this hotel for the best location near Fira city center for restaurants & shops. Not sure if we will visit Santorini again but if we do, will certainly return to this hotel.

In order to catch the early flight, the landlord was very good on the last night. The landlord did not collect the money in the morning. We gave a tip when we didn’t want to go. The old man was a little older, but we also helped us to move it. We really don’t. I am very fond of ~ hotel facilities, but it is also complete, that is, the bathroom is a little small, the amount of water from the shower head is not large, the hotel is close to a black sand beach, casually strolling is pretty good

The hotel upgraded our room for free. The room was tidy and clean. Because it was the off-peak tourist season, most of the restaurants on the island were closed. We ordered food at the hotel in the evening. The food tasted really good, especially the yogurt. We left the next day. The hotel also specially arranged free airport drop-off service. The service was in place and I was satisfied!

The room was very clean and the breakfast restaurant was great with a very beautiful sea !!! The staff were very kind. It was a little hard to say that I had to walk about 30 minutes to Oia. I think girls are careful because the night road is less crowded and dark.

The view from the room is unparalleled, it is painted in dreamy Santorini white, and the toiletries are all Bulgari brand. Only then did we realize that this is the correct way to open the hotel. There is no need to go outside to find a restaurant or viewing spot to watch the sunset. The balcony of the room is the best observation point. It was a perfect experience, I will come again if I have the chance.

The location is good, not far from the bus stop! The disadvantage is that the bed is in a small loft upstairs in a building-within-a-floor layout. People with higher heights will definitely hit their heads. It is troublesome to go up and downstairs to use the toilet.

The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was big, there was a terrace and a small fridge. Apart from the room there is a main house with the reception, the pool and the breakfast room. You can get everything you need in the supermarket around the corner, aswell as the restaurant. The old town is only four minutes away with the car.

A highly recommended hotel, located in a relatively fresh and artistic hotel in the central area of Mykonos. The tourism resources of Mykonos are not as good as Santorini, so the consumption here is still relatively high, and the flow of tourists is not as good as that of Santorini. The hotel is very clean, quite and the staff are exceedingly friendly and helpful, especially Ana, who assisted us and was exceedingly dear. The only downside was the bathroom (quite small), where while taking a shower, the water ends up wetting the entire floor.

Close to the airport, there is a pick-up service...but I rented a car to arrive... There is free parking at the hotel entrance... After stopping, I came out to help with luggage and lead the way... Then I went to the front desk and gave a map detailing what is around. ...When you go out and turn right, there is a place to eat. But on the same day, my stomach is not comfortable, I can't taste it... I went back to the hotel after dinner and asked for a pot of hot lemon tea. There is a swimming pool in the yard, very beautiful, surrounded by white houses... the room is comfortable and clean... breakfast needs 10 euros but it is also good value for money... it is a complete and nutritious breakfast. The only minor problem I encountered was when I left the store. Because my English was not very good, I didn’t understand it. The money I prepaid on Ctrip with credit card was just a guarantee. Dear Irene, We enjoyed the stay fully at Mykonos Princess, we travel a lot and visited many 5 star hotels around the World. We followed Marie’s recommendation for staying at Rocabelle Santorini, but must admit she and the entire staff from Princess missing towards meeting expectations. The hotel has a free airport shuttle, and the location is very close to the city center. The hotel's public facilities are ok, but my own room is very small. There is no place for about two small luggages. It costs about 900 per day. Personally I think the price is very low, the staff is average, and there is no special enthusiasm. Those who can not say hello are as low as possible and do not look at you, nothing else, except the geographical location is not good

On the mountain on the left side of Mykonos’s new port, you have a panoramic view of the Aegean Sea. There is a beach under the cliff. There are restaurants and supermarkets. The Greek restaurant next to it is very good. Watching the sunset is really invincible.

The room is at the underground entrance. There is a balcony where you can chill and live in the shadow, but next to the road.

Wir waren für zwei Nächte dort und der Aufenthalt hat uns gut gefallen. Sehr netter Gastgeber, alles sauber und wie beschrieben. Gute Lage in Aliki, nahe am Strand und Ortszentrum, sowie Busverbindungen. Kommen gerne wieder.

the views are just out of this world , location wise its perfect lots of small little beaches around, restaurants cannot recommend Chritiana enough..our host Maria was outstanding, we landed during freak Storm in April 2025, flooding etc. she drove us to the super market to get essentials as most restaurants were forcefully shutdown. Outstanding host Maria and family.

Positives: - Good free breakfast with continental options and some cooked options (eggs) - Pool well maintained - Gentleman at reception was super helpful in giving directions and recommendations - Room was clean and the complex is nice, with lots of plants and trees - About 15 min walk into Parikia and 15 min walk down to the beach Negatives: - The room requires the key to be plugged in for the power to work. This meant that our food in the fridge became warm and expired which was frustrating. Recommend Panorama looks at ensuring the fridge can continue working even if the key isn’t plugged in. - Wifi only works in the reception area and not in rooms, by the pool or the restaurant area - We had to ask for bath towels, bath mats and blankets every day as the cleaner kept forgetting to provide these - The shower sprays water everywhere so the bathroom becomes very wet and the shower curtain sticks to you while you are showering - While it isn’t a long walk to Parikia, there is basically no footpath so it is dangerous (particularly at night) when walking to and from - Power outlets should be in more convenient locations - these were all up high and we had to use chairs etc to charge our phones on
