2 personnes 1serviette malgré demande. Petit déjeuner non frais . yaourth tiède. Pas de salé au petit déjeuner le dimanche matin. Manque d'hygiène pour le pain. Tout le monde le touche pour pouvoir le couper. Chambre lit oriente face a la fenêtre avec balcon traversant. Tout le monde profite des vues sur chambre. Aucune climatisation, il faisait très chaud mais impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre le monde passe sur le balcon. Dommage le cadre verdoyant extérieur est sympa. Fortement déçus.

My stay at the Hilton Strasbourg was overall very pleasant. The location is convenient, close to the European Parliament and with tram access to the city center. The room was clean and comfortable, though a little dated in style. Staff were polite and helpful, and the breakfast had a good variety. A solid choice for a short stay in Strasbourg.

Het hotel ligt vlakbij inval en uitvals wegen, heeft ruim voldoende parkeerplaats en ziet er vriendelijk uit. Het is geen 5 sterren hotel, maar een heel gezellig, aangenaam hotel met vriendelijke mensen die graag meedenken. Ontspannen, gemoedelijke sfeer waar je niet moeilijk is je thuis te voelen. Kou heb ik zeker niet geleden, ha, ha. De kamers waren schoon, ook de badkamer. Er wordt iedere dag gepoetst. Het eten was eenvoudig, maar lekker en zeker voldoende. Er mogen huisdieren binnen in dit hotel, wat ik als dierenvriend zeker waardeer. Wij hebben een perfecte tijd doorgebracht hier.

They only send me the invoice via email after I have left the hotel. Then only i realized the amount was different and they added breakfast without telling me! We didn't take any breakfast as I assume it was how I booked earlier via Trip.com.

Hôtel bien situer , chambre correcte literie à revoir trop vétuste fait du bruit et peu agréable pour le dos. Pas de couverture en plus selon les saisons. Tarif sans remise trop cher pour la prestation Heureusement sur le site trip. Com la chambre reste abordable à ça juste valeur.

TTamuThe hotel is conveniently located next to the Reims train station, but reaching it was more challenging than expected. You need to exit the station through a specific platform exit that’s not easy to find, as there is little to no signage. We took the wrong exit, which added an extra 15 minutes to our walk to the hotel. Upon arrival, we were quite surprised by the reception—or rather, the lack of a traditional one. It consists of just a small coffee table with a single computer, where one staff member manages both check-ins and check-outs while constantly running back and forth to assist guests. Initially, I thought this was just a secondary station and that a more formal reception area existed elsewhere, but that wasn't the case. I couldn’t understand how one staff member could handle all the guests with such limited resources, especially during busy periods. I suspect it could easily become chaotic during peak hours. The room itself was quite small, and breakfast was not included in the rate. However, the hotel had an interesting offer: if we opted not to have housekeeping during our stay, they provided two complimentary glasses of champagne. We were happy with this arrangement, as we usually prefer not to have anyone enter our room during a short stay. We did enjoy our two glasses of champagne at the bar after dinner, which was a nice touch. That said, with no breakfast included, there might be better value options available in the area. It's also worth noting that finding a place for breakfast near the hotel wasn’t easy, with limited options within a 5-minute walk.

TTamuThe hotel ”la bourse” is very conveniently situated, some 4 minutes on foot from the main station and even closer to the city center with it's bars and shops. Although the center is still a little bit away, it's too loud, to sleep with the the window open. The house and the rooms are in a likeable, past-decades-style and - for example - a big reproduction of an 19th-century picture of a local factory in the room is a very nice alternative to the standard-modern-”art” so many hotels display. Sadly the whole house seems a little bit worn off and especially the breakfast room is quite inconvenient. Not five, but six or seven stars should be granted for the concierge service. The head of reception is an example of style and dignity and treats his customers with great formality and respect. Especially those, who have a traditional sense of good behavior, will probably enjoy the acquaintance and likewise the stay.

TTamuThe location was great and at walkable distance to two different metro stations and Louvre. With lots of restaurants and cafes nearby and a supermarket right across the street. There is a mini fridge below the TV stand which is great to keep my figs and peaches fresh. Staff was helpful and polite by greeting us every morning. Highly recommend this hotel.

TTamuHôtel très bien placé. Un petit bémol pour le parking, il est très difficile, voir impossible de trouver des places gratuites à proximité. Le rapport qualité prix est bon et le personnel très accueillant. Nous n'étions pas coté rue, donc pas de bruit la nuit, c'est appréciable.
