Hotel Ramah Hewan Peliharaan di Bavaria, Jerman

Very modern hotel with clean and spacious rooms along with great service from friendly staff. Location is great with train/metro only a few mins walk away and many restaurants and bars within the area.

Останавливалась на время фестиваля. Отличный отель с завтраками. Хочу отдельно отметить сотрудника ресепшена, который заселяет ночью, наверное, это единственный отель с круглосуточной стойкой ресепшена. Очень доброжелательный мужчина, с ним даже просто интересно пообщаться. После фестиваля произошел небольшой казус (уже после выселения), но он вошел в наше положение, разрешил посидеть в холле, налил чай, просто пообщался🤗 единственное, не хватало тапочек в отеле, в остальном вопросов нет. Номер хороший, бесплатно две бутылки воды и два пива😁 чай, кофе в номере, есть балкон

The hotel is located close to the city. The service team is very friendly and supportive. The room was clean and nicely decorated. The only negative point: there is far too less parking space to write „we’re offering free parking“. The available parking space is only covering 25% of the rooms. We’ve arrived in the evening and there was no parking space at the hotel left and it was hard to find a parking space close to the hotel without getting a penalty. The description should be adjusted. It’s misleading marking to say „we have free parking space“.

Check-in was smooth and the receptionist was very nice. The bed was clean and the room seemed clean overall — except for one shocking detail. Minutes before checkout, we found a used menstrual cup on the closet floor. We had arrived late after a long day of travel, so we only went straight to shower and sleep, and didn’t notice it until the morning. This shows the room was not properly cleaned before our stay. For a hotel, this is absolutely unacceptable and a serious hygiene issue.

30 mins from NeuSchwanstein was a perfect location. The rooms were comfortable but needed updating. The amount of cigarette smoke around the hotel was very uncomfortable - at the front door and people on the balconies of the rooms making the windows being open the same as a smoking room. The town is small but pleasant. Hotel restaurant has generous portions with relaxed and friendly staff. The breakfast is good and offers a range of food that is more than ample.

A cozy art hotel. Everything feels very new! Room was super nice and decorated/lit well. Bathroom was more than decent. Had 24x7 coffee and water which was great. Quite close to a U Bahn station which is one hop away from the central station to access local, regional and long distance trains. Breakfast was a bit expensive.
