Saya memiliki pengalaman buruk di Stasiun Atour X Changchun: butuh waktu satu jam untuk menemukan hotel & kamar belum siap pada jam 5 sore karena mereka mengizinkan anggotanya untuk check out pada jam 3 sore hingga 6 sore. Kami pergi makan dan kembali 40 menit kemudian untuk check-in tetapi diberitahu bahwa mereka TIDAK BISA menerima orang asing. Mereka membatalkan pemesanan kamar kami & menyuruh saya mencari hotel lain. Segera saya ngobrol dengan staf Trip.com untuk meminta bantuan. Dalam 5 menit dia mengubah pemesanan saya ke hotel Yatai :) kami senang menginap di Yatai 👍
