We had a wonderful time staying at this hotel. The lady housekeeper was very friendly, and she offered to meet us at the drop-off point and brought us to the hotel within the Furong ancient town. We were grateful for the upgrade to the hotel room at the third floor where we had the view of the waterfall and river straight from the balcony in our room! Although our hotel room had no breakfast provided, we were offered bread, instant coffee and packet milk for breakfast the next day.

Really convenient location! About a 5mins walk to the entrance of wulingyuan, the owner(?) was really friendly and helped booked all our tickets (even to the romance park) at a cheaper price and even helped plan our route. Theres a minimart across the street and the night market downstairs its really worth it. The rooms are also very big and comfortable. And even have laundry that you do yourselves and they help hang while you are out. I really enjoyed my stay here and will recommend this always!! I

This hotel has the best staff in the 30 days I visited China. I liked them so much that when I had a few extra days left in my trip, I headed back to Zhangjiajie and straight to this hotel.  The hotel staff made me feel like this should be my home. They even taught me how to make tea. The breakfast was always tasty and I looked forward to having breakfast every day. I’m giving the facilities 4/5 stars because they lack a dryer, and the gym was not usable.  I didn’t deduct any points for the construction that was going on because you cannot fault a hotel in trying to improve themselves. When I asked to change to a quieter room, they were very accommodating and honored my request.

Stayed in a 2 double besd river view room for one night. Staff at the homestay are informative and helpful. Helped arranged pick up and drop off from train station at reasonable price. Room is clean but a bit disappointing with the towels provided. Looks old, overly used and thin. The room soundproof was not great. Our room was same level as the lobby and street and just next to the stairways that leads to other rooms from the lobby. Can hear other staffs and guests walking up and down early in the morning. Read reviews of many old homestays in furong with view of waterfall that the room will smell of sewage but at Tusi Xuanfu it was good. No sewerage smell. Only complain is that can smell other people smoking outside from our room and the water pressure in the shower was very weak. The free chinese tea set while enjoying the view of the waterfall was bonus. The breakfast was simple, just noodle soup, mantou and instant coffee. Noodle soup tastes nice especially for a tourist like me. Would conclude that the price of the room I stayed is expensive compared to the quality of the room. The view from the courtyard is GREAT, just not from the room because the room only has view of the platform, and river but not the waterfall.

This is a great hotel! I liked everything. We had a room overlooking the river. It's quiet and quiet here. You will be able to sleep well. In other areas, the music is very noisy and loud. The young man met us and escorted us to the hotel. Showed all the amenities. He speaks excellent English. The hotel has a beautiful terrace overlooking the river. A delicious breakfast was prepared by a caring aunt. The staff tried their best to help us. They organized a car to take to the railway station. I recommend this hotel.

The room we booked has a balcony with a nice view of the water fall - though not directly overseeing the water fall, it's rather much more quiet away from the noise of karaoke at the bars along the river bank. Room is clean, amenities are complete and owner is very nice to offer us a ride to the train station when we depart. Thanks .. we have a very relaxing and comfortable stay 🥰

Lots of food nearby. We got upgraded to a bigger room. Room is on 1st floor however the owner very efficient carry our luggage and leave it in front of room. Its so cozy till we extended stay another day and cancel our Furongzhen trip. Owner very enthusiastic in promoting Zhangjiajie Forest and help us purchase the tickets. and also explain very clearly the whole area.

Good little hotel, managed by husband and wife team with a helper. Everything looks new and clean. Small but nicely furnished. Owners very friendly and helpful. Simple Chinese buffet breakfast but coffee, toast bread with butter and jam also provided. Free laundry area on rooftop. Good location. Can walk to Eastern gate in 15-20 minutes, about 1.3km. Good value for money.

Room is big, clean and comfortable. Great location access to sightseeing and restaurant supermarkets are just near by. Counter lady was so friendly and helpful. Highly recommended

Fantastic view from the room, however because theres a restaurant attached to the hotel can be quite noisy. Need to bring earbuds to sleep. However, for how expensive it is, found it a bit lacking in amenities, no fridge, there is a water filter system for drinking water in the room but it doesnt work. No coffee provided in room, only a paper cup with no spoon.

Strategically located within the Fenghuang Ancient Town, easily accessible as it closed to the main road. Closed to restaurants. We had a room facing the enchanting river with Beautiful view anytime of the day. The forever friendly and helpful ladyboss who explained all the walking distance tourists spots.

I liked the hotel a lot. The room was clean and comfortable. Hotel provided me with a free transfer to the high-speed railway station. Thanks to the staff!

The location is good, it's a leisure resort. If you don't have high requirements, you can choose this one. Unfortunately, there is no elevator. It is not recommended for people with a lot of suitcases. There are many stairs. The boss and the boss lady will take you to the high-speed rail station for free, which is good.

Very nice hotel, the view is amazing and the owner very nice. The bed and the pillow were very comfortable. The room was clean and the AC worked well. The hotel is at one of the entrance of the scenic area so very easy to access. Honestly, I highly recommend this hotel!

The view from the balcony is very beautiful, it is quieter than the waterfall, and the balcony is quite big. The most important thing is that the service provided by the guy is really good. I have always stayed in B&Bs and I really like the service of this one. In the evening, the housekeeper Zhang took us to visit the waterfall. It was so hot that I was sweating all over. I was really embarrassed. When we went out for supper, the guy helped to pick us up. When we bought rice noodles in the morning, the guy also picked us up and dropped us off. This kind of service is super praise 👍. There are many homestays in the ancient town. I really want to write about such good service. I hope you will do better and better, and your business will be prosperous. Come again if you have the chance.

The location is great, 5 minutes away by foot from the entrance to the park. The lady boss was very enthusiastic and helped us book the tickets for the park and gave great recommendations! The room was very clean, big and comfortable. The shower was hot and worked well. The only thing that could be improved is the heating. We were there on very cold days, and the heating provided by the air conditioner was not enough to warm us up in the room, so we were quite cold for our entire stay. Thank you for a great stay!

The hotel is next to the bus station in Wulingyuan and 10 minutes from the east gate to the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. The staff is really nice and helpful, and speaks English very well. They explained how to get to the Park, which spots to visit and when. They also help me to buy a ticket to the park. The room was clean and neat. I highly recommend this place!

The owner of the inn is very kind, accomodating and helpful. She booked our Tianmen Mountain tickets, took us to a good Chinese restaurant, and booked our car going back to Zhangjiajie Railway Station. She also gave us directions on how to navigate Tianmen Moutain, checked on us every now and reminded us to be down the mountain at 11:30am so we won’t miss our 2:00pm train. When we entered the inn, we were mesmerized as it has a welcoming ambiance. We love all the wood designs and carvings. They also offered us tea and heated blankets. We booked the Fairy room and it surpassed our expectation. It is nice and cozy, everything is made of wood. Bed is comfortable. Bathroom has basic toiletries. There is also a heater that is so easy to operate, just like an AC. We absolutely loved our stay. We can’t wait to bring our family next time we come to Zhangjiajie. Definitely worth the money!

We had a great stay at Rememberance. The place was recommended by our friends who have stayed there. The place is located near Wulingyuan centre. The restaurants and shops are nearby. Our room has a view of the mountains. The hosts provided excellent service and helped with bookings the ticket packages and advising on the route to see and do. The place is comfortable and clean.

This hotel is the one with the highest added value that I have ever stayed in. ①The price is very cheap, maybe it is 263/night in the off-season, and it even has a small balcony ②Provide high-speed rail pick-up and drop-off services for scenic spots ③The free stove-cooked tea was not experienced due to physical reasons The hotel is really dedicated to service. On the day of check-in, a staff member contacted and added WeChat to contact the pick-up station service. A group will be created when checking in, and the hotel breakfast, wifi and other related information you want to know will be informed in the group, including the performance time of the scenic spot. You can inform the ticketing needs in advance, and you don’t have to wait for the ticketing when checking out, etc. ~ Because I went on a business trip, I suddenly had a fever on the high-speed rail. The housekeeper learned about the situation and specially told the driver to take me to the pharmacy to buy medicine, or go directly to the hospital if it was serious. A thermometer was specially prepared when checking in, saying that if I felt uncomfortable at night, I could call at any time to take me to the hospital. Although I was sick, I didn’t want to miss the beautiful night view of the scenic spot. The brother said that he could drive me to the scenic spot to take a look. If I could walk, I would take a look, and if I couldn’t walk, I would go back. So I had a magical experience of visiting the scenic spot in 10 minutes. The night view of Furong Town is really beautiful. The hotel service also makes people feel very warm. When checking out, there are local specialty berry tea, small sugar cakes, and ginger candies. The bathroom is very considerate and provides toilet covers. I would like to make a small suggestion that the disposable slippers are too thin. It would be better if they can be improved. The millet porridge for breakfast is delicious.

The best stay you can choose! Located right next to the waterfall. The hotel has a clear view to it and has a big balcony to enjoy the view comfortably without the crowd. I was worried before coming if the room would smell damp because of the hotels proximity to the waterfall, but no! The rooms smelled so nice❤️ The staff were very helpful and caring! The lady helped with carrying my heavy bag all the way to the hotel! Crossing the river and up so many steps💔 I felt really bad. So future guests, please carry a light piece of luggage with you. Loved my stay. Simply the best
