That was the second time we went to this hotel. Because the first time we were very impressed by warm a**osphere. First we were upgraded to a bigger room, we had a barbecue and personnel help d us a lot and in the morning they prepared a very nice full breakfast and even brought it to the room. But this time it wasn’t that nice even though we were the only guests. For the breakfast we were served a bowl noodles and some fried eggs. The good thing there is a coffee machine and could have coffee. Nice hotel. Totally recommend. Just wish them to be always in the mood of hospitality.

The room is very nice. I took the elderly out to play and they all praised it. The service is super nice. The hotel provides a lobby on the first floor for guests to rest. It also prepares tea, fruit and baked sweet potatoes. The food is also delicious, but it is a bit salty for people like me who like light taste. If you have the same preference, you can remind the hotel to make the dishes lighter. The housekeeper asked me if I had any opinions, and I replied that I couldn't think of them for the time being. The only 0.5 points deducted is that the surrounding area is being renovated, and it may be a little dusty when you return to the hotel. That's right! There are two fat cats and a parrot in the hotel. It feels quite novel. In short, I think you will definitely not be disappointed if you stay here

As a group of foreigners, we had a remarkable stay at Kuanxinge. The property itself is an inviting, traditional Chinese homestay with comfortable rooms and communal spaces. With a dreamy backdrop of the Yellow Mountains, this is the ideal base from which to explore the surrounding area. The owners – who are extremely accommodating and kind – helped us to plan our entire trip based on their expert local knowledge; we went wild swimming, white-water rafting and hiking among the many activities that they recommended. The owners drove us to many of these places for free and even created an English-language playlist for the journeys we took together. At the property itself, we were invited to do a cook-your-own barbecue (featuring freshly prepared meat skewers and local beers) and enjoyed nights of karaoke with songs in both English and Chinese. The delicious home-cooked food is available to order 24/7, and reflects the culinary traditions of the region. We would strongly recommend this homestay to anyone visiting the area. It is extremely affordable, welcoming and a great break from the stresses of everyday life. Thank you for a great holiday!

Hotel is conveniently located along Tunxi Old St near the main entrance. Staff is very friendly. There are two free to use washer dryers on the 4th floor that were convenient for cleaning my overdue laundry. My room is a bit smaller than expected but comfortable. It was on the 2nd floor facing the rear so noise was minimal despite being nearly at street level. Overall a good experience. Can recommend. Only flaw was that there were no lifts so I had to lug my stuff upstairs and back.
