酒店位置很好👍距離湖邊很近，房間寬敞明亮，清早可以看到日出，可惜陽台應該是長久無人打掃衞生狀況堪憂。早餐服務慢且第二天的土豆吃出了黴味兒，索性放棄第三天的早餐。

Arrived late at night, check-in was quick and easy, the room was clean, and got everything we needed. Kids love the swimming pool. Breakfast was good, staffs are very nice and helpful. A/C was loud, but our kids were able to sleep through it, so it was not a big issue. Overall, a friendly, simple accommodation , we were happy with our stay.

Fantastic hotel with friendly and helpful staff, clean and tidy and excellent location. This hotel added to our experience in Toronto and we will definitely stay here again when we return. Great amenities. The hotel room was excellent t with great furniture and a very comfortable bed. View from our room was outstanding.

Hotel was alright but starting to show its age. The nightstand in our room was on the verge of ripping off the wall and one of the tiles in the bathroom was loose. The building itself and lobby were nice. The AC was amazing though and the hotel was very clean.

Chelsea memiliki semua yang kami butuhkan dan lebih banyak lagi. Berteriaklah kepada Johnathan di meja depan dan Will di petugas untuk semua bantuan mereka. Ini adalah kunjungan kami yang ke-2 dan kali ini kami ditempatkan di bagian biru. Bagian ini sedikit lebih bagus daripada bagian merah yang kami tinggali sebelumnya. Excellent location in downtown , the staff were friendly and helpful. the room is clean. We booked 2 double bed room, both of the beds were not  very comfortable because the sides we were sleeping on seemed to be tilted downwards.

TTamuThis hotel is very clean and the location is close to all the main attractions. The facilities is good, I was able to use their swimming pool and other entertainment facilities. I would staying in this hotel again next time in Ottawa.

TTamuI stayed at this hotel for one night, and honestly, it turned out to be one of the best short stays I’ve had in a long time. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The host was absolutely amazing — extremely helpful, responsive, and professional throughout the entire stay. They answered all of my questions quickly, even after I had already checked in, which made the whole experience feel very smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find that level of attentiveness and genuine care. The view was simply stunning. I loved the beautiful water view — waking up and seeing the water right outside was such a peaceful and memorable experience. It truly elevated the entire stay. The unit itself was spotless and exceptionally clean. You can tell that a lot of care goes into maintaining the space. Everything felt fresh, organized, and very well taken care of. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, which made it so convenient to prepare our own dinner. Having a proper kitchen setup really makes a difference, especially for a comfortable and relaxed night in. The location is another huge plus. The area is fantastic — so many restaurants and bars within walking distance, and even grocery stores nearby. Being able to walk everywhere made the stay even more enjoyable and convenient. Overall, this place is a solid 10/10. I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, well-located place to stay downtown. Truly a five-star experience!

SSandra MacauStayed here at the start and at the end of my holidays. Arrived late after more than 24 hours travel and had to go around to find the shuttle bus stop, which was not easy as I read was near door R (terminal 1) and I couldn’t find it. Need to go down and only then you’ll see the R. Shuttle service is nice because it runs 24/7 but we were really unlucky and both times waited a long time for it. In the morning around 6:00am we almost couldn’t get in the shuttle as it is first come first serve but there’s not a queue and even though we were the first ones at ground floor others went inside first. I get that they don’t reserve the shuttle but could give a number when guests arrive at the hall for waiting. The staff was extremely nice during check in especially the girl on the first stay that explained everything about the pool and jacuzzi as well as the restaurant. The room is not that big but it’s usually just for a night stay and it’s enough! Toilet has all the amenities and water pressure was good. The pool and jacuzzi is open 24 hours but I didn’t had time to try it. Had breakfast during the first stay and it was better than I expected. There’s eggs, cereal, bread, a variety of fresh fruits, yogurts, oat milk, fresh waffles. Really liked the breakfast but on the second stay e we had to leave at 6:00am and that’s the time the restaurant opens. I will definitely stay there again if I need a hotel to stay at Pearson airport.

TTamuThe hotel is very close to the train station, 12 min walk. Room had a very comfortable bed but was a little cramped. Bathroom was ok. The only negative was the in room tv local channels must have been streamed, and were unwatchable due to the constant streaming refresh. Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Would use again.
