The trip was not as expected because: - the type of room we booked (although we had paid in advance on the app) was sold out. The receptionist was very surprised when we booked through the Trip app and said they did not know about this app??? (Although the hotel lobby had a Trip certificate hanging on it) and then suggested we cancel the room. It is recommended that everyone who booked through Trip should call to check if they do not want to fall into the same situation as us. In the end, we had to accept a different room type than the one booked. - the check-out time is 12:00 but at 11:00 am the room card could not be used to enter the room - other than the above problem, the room and location were fine. The stay was unsatisfactory due to the following reasons: - Upon checkin, the type of room that we booked (though already paid) was sold out. The receptionist seemed surprised learning we booked via Trip and said they were unfamililar with this app??? (Though at the lobby was a big sign granted by Trip) and he suggested that we canceled the stay. We advise future guests please be cautious and better check by phone with hotel to make sure you are not in the same situation as us. We ended staying in a different type of room. - Although checkout time was 12:00, our key card was invalid since 11:00, making us unable to access our room. - besides the above issues, the room and location was quite good.

New hotel with great rooms in the central location of Lang Son. Confortable beds. Cleanliness does not leave to wish. friendly staff. Breakfast appropriate for the price. A very good price-performance ratio! But attention: A discotheque in front of the door makes noise music until 2 o'clock, which is unfortunately also to be heard in the room (at least weekend).

Après avoir bataillé 20mn j'ai pu avoir la chambre que j'avais réservé ! La chambre avec 2 grands lits est spacieuse. La literie est confortable. Équipements habituels : Frigo bouilloire tv très bon wifi... Vue sur un très joli jardin. J'ai pu faire laver mon linge. L'hôtel donne sur la nationale qui va de Hanoï à Lang son.
