Overdue maintenance. Air conditioning is out of order, unpleasant atmosphere, staff is good. Everything is hanging loose, window handle, bathroom shower hanging hook. Furthermore, a lot of noise due to the building's extraction. My room 160 was right next to it. Because of this I slept very badly. Not recommended.

We stayed one night in this hotel. Room # 119 has been renovated but keeping the previous sanitary ware and furniture. The soundproofing in this room is horrible. We heard noises from the guests upstairs until late at night and the next day, the telephone conversation in English at 06.00 from the room next door. (luckily there are earplugs) Excellent breakfast, the room and the reception in a decidedly more design style.

Location is excellent, right on the waterfront of the old city. The hotel itself is very grand so to speak, spacious rooms and large public areas. It is becoming a bit old: Not necessarily run down, but dated. There's a bar area behind reception which looks like it's never seen customers for ages, the breakfast is a bit meager for a hotel of this size but then again Italians don't do big breakfasts. Staff were very friendly and attentive.

Can't fault this place due to the wonderful manger Sonia. My only issue would be with some younger staff members at check in who I found to be a little disrespectful and dissmissive of my wife and I but it may have just been us. 9/10 for me. Be careful with showers because they all have bath tub showers which can be a hazard for older travellers..

The hotel was very comfortable and was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and offered a variety of items. Care on site available, but make sure you book in advance. The staff at the reception was sympathetic and spoke very well English, a rareness in the Pouilles! I recommend this hotel! 👌

I was looking for a hotel with a spa so I could spend a few days relaxing. The hotel itself is very nice. It's new, well-maintained, and the staff is impeccably attentive, both in their friendly manner and in addressing any questions or needs that may arise. The breakfast was quite complete, although for a 5-star hotel, it was a bit short on variety, and it was the same every day; nothing changed. The homemade pastries were very good, but the savory options were limited. The only drawback we found with the hotel was that it advertised itself as a Spa Hotel, when in fact the spa consists of a sauna, a Turkish bath (which was out of operation and they didn't know when it would be back online), two showers, and a small jacuzzi. There's no pool, water circuit, or anything like that. The surprising thing was that, despite not being listed anywhere, it turns out that access to the spa is for a maximum of 60 minutes and can only be used once during the entire stay at the hotel. If you want to use it again, you have to pay €30 per person. There were four of us, so paying €120 to return the other days, without even being able to use the Turkish bath, seemed excessive. There's parking, but you have to pay €20 per day. It wasn't mentioned anywhere.

The room is wonderful! The spa is excellent! The breakfast and service in the restaurant are excellent! The reception staff is different. There are very nice and pleasant girls, but, unfortunately, not all of them are like that( When checking in, by mistake, I was given a room without a balcony, when I went down and asked to change it. They changed it for me, but with such an expression on their face, and I won't even mention the apology for the inconvenience caused.. They also didn't say anything about breakfast at the reception, and about the spa accordingly.. Many people in this hotel really need courses on working with guests

Great hotel outside the station and very comfortable with buses for airport very well maintained beds with mattress fantastic breakfast with exquisite bakery to try

酒店入住的感覺很好，前台服務很周到。意大利南部冬天晚上很冷，房間裏的空調製熱效果很好。住的是單人房，空間非常狹小，但是打掃的很乾凈。酒店有停車場，免費。早餐種類比較多。

Great hotel, large rooms, very good service and restaurant, excellent breakfast, check out at 1030 to review for the rest OK (is 5 minutes by car from Lecce)
