I will not write so positively about our stay very quickly, this based on a stay of 2 nights. Just pleasantly pleasant. The restaurant was very good, and adapted dishes per person, to personal taste. Breakfast package was prepared, because we left at 06.00. Suggestion: the soft drinks cooled would be nice (ice cubes were offered). In the room at the long desk ***** the wall, please 1 or 2 power outlets to connect your laptop and such.

Wonderful location and views.  Facilities are slightly in need of a refresh but well maintained.  Amit in particular was extremely helpful in supporting requests

The hotel is good, about 4-star level, the breakfast is good, and there is also a swimming pool/gym (not big); Although breakfast was included in the order this time, the hotel said it was not available, but the customer service handled it quickly and resolved it smoothly.

Mussoorie is cold and difficult to get around but this hotel made the trek up worth it. The view was astounding, the room was clean and comfortable, and the food was fantastic. There are a lot of stairs though so be sure you are willing to make the climb!

In this small town, this hotel is the highest end, safe, complete facilities, the view of the Ganges River is very beautiful, close to the Ganges Festival in the evening, breakfast is printed, no special, mainly clean! I stayed for two days, breakfast and dinner are here, I have not pulled my stomach, the service is very good, the service staff is super enthusiastic. The speed of wifi is average. The fourth floor I live in is only a little faster than the mobile phone signal. The speed in the lobby is OK, but the overall speed of India is not high.

The stay was so memorable. Staffs very friendly. Staff Kanchan is excellent to be rewarded. As first time in Rishikesh we were little lost but Kanchan thoroughly assisted from the time of booking till the last day stay. Almost all Staffs assisted and looked at our needs including driver and guide. We really got our blessings in this spiritual land. Thank you totally kind souls that we met. God bless all.

one of the finest properties you can find in hills. location is absolutely perfect away from maddening mall road crowd but also not too far, just few minutes away. staff is very courteous and helpful. they went out of the way to help my child who suffered from travel sickness. room was recently renovated and easily met 4* standards. property is undergoing renovation so hopefully it will be more better in upcoming months. food options are limited but good & fresh, fish/mutton were very tasty, items are reasonably priced. each staff is very polite & humble. property is well maintained & sits atop a pvt hill. property approach is easy & not too steep, easily ***ageable with any car type.

Excellent hotel, awesome location and super friendly staff.

Had an easy and comfort stay, view is amazing with facilities like gym, swimming pool and restaurant.

Before booking, I saw a lot of people saying that the food here was not good, and I was very nervous. When I ate the breakfast buffet, I found it was okay, but there were not many varieties, but the quality was okay. It is the facilities to complain. There is no separate compartment for the toilet and shower. It was understandable that the design was not considered at that time. But what is incomprehensible is, can't we add a shower curtain? After taking a bath, the bathroom was splashed and messed up. If you want to use the toilet or brush your teeth later, sorry, you have to get in.

L as it has scenic views from every corner. Everything looked really new when we were there. This hotel is located little far from mall road but they provide complimentary drop sometime but the location is so peaceful that you will not regret being far away from mall road.

I paid for royal room (breakfast and taxes inclusive. For this much money (though this is after discount price) hotel lacks the basic amenities like there was no moisturiser and hair dryer in the room. We had to ask for the dental kit too. Mind it hair dryer is only available in the suite room. Upon request iron was provided but that too without the iron board. Talking about breakfast, do not expect buffet. Only few items are served and basic breakfast item like juices are also not available. When it comes to beverages, only tea and coffee are available in breakfast menu. In room dining menu, the options are immense but again there are no basic options like burger. Though the pizza was good but again chocolate shake was such a disappointment. There are much better options of the hotel available in the same locality.

Kitchen was mostly closed tried calling between 8-10am. Washroom was not that clean and the water flow in the washroom was also not proper. They don’t have a shower in the washrooms. However, the hotel provides pick up and drop off services to mall road which is very convenient. They also provide scooty on rent for ₹500 per day, which again is pretty reasonable. The staff is humble and helpful.

The room was excellent as I my room was upgraded to hill view free of cost. The ameneties, rom service, high tea, wlecome drink the entire package was excellent. The hotel or property view was excellent hence it provided a great support even during sunrise and sunset

The stay was soo pleasant, the overall staff was soo good, the ameneties provided were of class level whether it be wifi and much more. The service provided throughout the stay is also soo good.

Stay with great amenities i had an incredible experience staying. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, making my stay comfortable and relaxing. The staff was courteous and went above and beyond to cater to my needs. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which had a variety of delicious options. The location was also ideal, close to local attractions and well-connected. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a perfect blend of comfort and luxury.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay and the staff. The breakfast serving staff really seemed to care whether we enjoyed the food or not. Thanks Rizwan

Good resort

I am typically wary of flowery coverage of Hotels that are featured in Travel magazines, as they are more driven and fueled by the special treatments that the authors got, leading them to celebrate the hotel more than it deserves to be. This was one such case! Both Outlook traveller and Travel + Leisure had celebrated this way more than it deserves. But still it had its highlights. I would have given 3 stars, but raising it upto 4 stars only because of the lovely setting, the sweet and hardworking staff, and the quality of Food etc. Frankly speaking, I am not a big fan of the label ‘Hidden gem’. But this boutique beauty - that is stunningly situated on a clifftop against a striking backdrop of hills and terrace fields - certainly deserves that title! You can get treated to panoramic views of the Kumaon Hills leading to the magnificent Himalayas right from your Balcony! Unfortunately, during our stay the weather fairy wasn't on our side. The imposing peaks of Nanda Devi, Nanda Kot, Panchachuli, Trishul were teasingly playing Peekaboo with us all day long - just like Mt Fuji did with us in Japan, or Mt.Rainier used to do in Seattle! Nonetheless, the views were still stunning enough and this was one of the closest encounters with the hills we had been blessed with in the recent past! LOCATION: Stunning location on a Clifftop and just 80 minutes drive from Bhimtal. DINE + DRINK: They dont have a BAR as advertised, and the restaurant could certainly be better decorated or setup. HOwever the food was to die for! THe Chef whipped up some wicked meals for us. The Kumaoni Thali in the night got us high on food. And the breakfast was divine - Piping hot Masala Maggi and Puffed up Pooris under the winter sun accompanied by flavorful Masala Chai!! ROOM: We stayed in 306, so this review is based on that; VIEW: Spectacular views of the Kumaon Hills and Himalayas ; SIZE: Very spacious room; AIR-CON: No A/C as the nature did a great job of setting the perfect room temperature; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part to put me to sleep; BATHROOM: Stand in shower; TOILETRIES: OK Justa cosmetics. Bring your own FACILITIES: No Gym on site. And the Pool was closed due to Covid. So DONT BELIEVE THE GLAMOROUS pics you see on these travel magazines and expect a fun time in the Pool. They do have a Spa on site though, though the quality and experience of the staff looked questionable SERVICE: Friendly staff that took care of all my needs with a smile and made us feel pampered and well taken care of. Special Shout out to DILIP KUMAR, DINESH, and GAJENDAR at the restaurant. And RAMESH who attended to our special requests. They can surely do better with the FRONT OFFICE staff who certainly needed a lot of training and coaching! Stayed two nights here. One of the best hotels in Jim Corbett. Clean, spacious and comfortable rooms. Location is excellent. Well spread breakfast too. Highly recommend

We recently visited this property for a 2 nights stay and it was amazing. We had the most comfortable stay and location was amazing. The property was very child friendly. Only 2 things could change 1. The service was verrryyy poor. We ordered food and it would come like 1 hr late. 2. The bathroom doors in all the rooms are sliding, though the idea was amazing but they were not sealed properly and all the smell would spread in the room which was very unpleasant.

This Boutique beauty by the lake is kind of an anomaly in this area. While everything around the lake - and the city - are a bit raw and chaotic, this property oozes style and beautiful decor all over the premises. Everything from the lovely common areas where you could chill out to the rooms are beautifully fitted and decorated. The COURTYARD area is the highlight of the hotel and a lovely place to chill out next to the bonfire in the evening LOCATION: Excellent location right next to the lake DINE + DRINK: the restaurant dished out great delicacies both for Dinner and Breakfast that we had. The Drinks by the bonfire in the Courtyard was the highlight of our stay ROOM: We stayed in 101, so this review is based on that; VIEW: Sweet view of the Mountain and the lake hidden behind the trees. ; SIZE: Very spacious room; AIR-CON: Perfectly functioning cooler that helped in setting the perfect room temperature; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part to put me to sleep; BATHROOM: Stand in shower; TOILETRIES: Lovely cosmetics from BIOTIQUE brand. FACILITIES: No gym or Pool, just Hill station chill SERVICE: Friendly staff that took care of all my needs with a smile and made us feel pampered and well taken care of.
