Small double room, very soft mattress, bathroom was tiny, no surface for your washbag etc, very tatty bathroom suite, sink cracked from top to bottom, shower leaked so badly that the flooring was warped and leaked onto bedroom carpet leaving wet patch after each use.

First time staying in a Holiday Inn, and it was a fairly positive experience. The room was very clean and the attention to detail was good- but the hotel felt outdated, which is a shame. Very peaceful night's sleep with very comfortable beds. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

Fantastic hotel. Lovely young girl in the bar supplied glasses and ice. Room could have been warmer but I’m always cold. It’s a lovely hotel thank you

Nice hotel in the centre of Newmarket, yes I would stay there again, 5 stars from me!
