I stayed here for three days, and the transportation is convenient near the hotel. The hotel is opposite Ryde Quay and is very easy to find. Moreover, the bus stop is diagonally opposite the hotel, and the transportation is convenient. The hotel's breakfast is great, but the staff who clean the room are very unhygienic. They put the cups used by the first-hand guests on the table for the second-hand guests.

The evening staff where nowhere to be seen on the evening we checked in. They had a sign at reception saying they were in the bar and a sign in the bar saying they were at reception. Took over 20 minutes to find a member of staff to be able to check in and they weren’t even apologetic once they turned up. The next evening we went for a drink in the bar, while the rugby finals were on. There were many people trying to get a drink, however again the bar/reception staff were not around. Ended up giving up waiting without being served and going back to our room instead. Very disappointed with the service. The room and location had everything you needed, however and we had no complaints in this regard.

It is a B&B, less than 10 minutes' walk from Ryde Port, with sea view rooms, good location, convenient transportation, and the price should be the cheapest on the Isle of Wight, with private bathrooms. Picture 1 and Picture 2 are the front desk on the first floor, and Picture 4, 5 and 6 are the interior structures of the rooms. I had a great stay, highly recommended 😊

Excellent service. Lots of friendly, helpful staff. Choice of menu options for both breakfast and dinner extensive and a la carte. Evening entertainment was a piano soloist and really lovely. Classic bedroom choice was very comfortable. The classic choice of room decor is slightly worn and facilities outdated but non the less charming.

This hotel is located just by the Shanklin beach and it’s handy for the Shanklin railway station. The staff is really friendly and breakfast is pretty good. More importantly, the room is cozy and comfy with beautiful seaside views. Highly recommend.

I had a lovely 2 night stay here, staff were all friendly and helpful, nothing was too much for them! Really lovely hotel, room was perfect, had a great view too! Will definately book here again when i come to stay on the island.

🙂 The hotel has a good geographical environment, very close to the pier, and there are supermarkets, bus stops, restaurants, etc. nearby. There is a promenade at the back door of the hotel to take a walk. The sunset is beautiful. The room is quite spacious 😮‍💨 Hotel wifi is very weak and often disconnected 😔 The bar downstairs is very noisy every night Breakfast is not worth mentioning, the bread provided is not fresh not recommend 😕

Personally, I think the food in the restaurant is not very good, it is very average. There are better restaurants nearby with affordable prices, such as The Crab, so it is not recommended to eat in the hotel restaurant Picture 1 is from a restaurant, with a small orange juice, it cost me 26 pounds Picture 2 is The Crab's accidentally discovered treasure restaurant. It's really delicious! Only £16!
