Ideal location. Welcoming and polite check in from members of staff. Didn't get chance to use resteraunt as we were in a hurry for an O2 Arena event. Room was adequate for stay although shower head wouldn't stay in a fixed position, the toilet sprayed water at you when you flushed and it would have been nice to have a bin near kettle to put used tea bags etc in. Checked around the room before leaving the following morning and found dog toys under the bed so obviously not cleaned properly before we arrived.

Our room was spotless , a comfy bed and a good shower , the pool+ hot room area were really good, but for reference there are 3 (members only) aqua aerobics classes a week which use the whole pool , and whose participants’warm up’ prior to the class -so it’s very busy to the class , there are a great selection of (pre bootable )classes , treatments and a well equipped  gym (all obviously open to  members ) , the meal options are delicious, and the staff are charming

We booked a compact double at an extremely good price so the room was small as expected but it had everything we needed. The breakfasts were excellent and i loved that they served til 10am. I loved the vibrant quirky look of the public areas. Our room overlooked the estuary and was at the end of the corridor. Lovely and warm and relatively quiet My only gripe were the loud fan in the ensuite and the inability to have a softer night light. The nascerator toilet was also very loud . For the money we were delughted with the service , location and amrnities

The hotel was exactly what to expect. Near the airport and only a short travel away from the terminal. It was extremely easy to get to. The staff were friendly and helped with check-in. The room was clean and in good condition. I had access to basic amenities that I needed. Unfortunately I didn’t have time to try their restaurants services but the vending machines downstairs offered some nice refreshments for a weary traveler.

Great value for money, room was clean and staff very efficient to check me in. Super fast internet I took couple of business calls and had no probs with video audio. Staff even allowed me to checkout couple of hours after checkout time. Breakfast was good. Highly recommend. Only drawback is it’s not walkable from airport and you need to take the shuttle bus

The bottom sheet doesn't fit mattress. One of the beside lights was strobing, and you couldn't turn it off (thankfully, I sleep with a mask). I'd requested a room with a bath but got a shower. My flight was delayed, so I arrived after the reception was closed, so they left my key on the side with my details clear for all to see. What was worse, on the other side of the paper, were someone else's details! Thankfully, I'm a solo traveller cus I needed both pillows from my bed to not give myself a bad neck. Plus, traveling in the dark, it was hard to find the hotel itself as the lights were off

WWorld Traveller 世界Nice room with very comfortable bed, especially the pillows! Convenient to get to the airport, which was a £4 shuttle bus. Parking is £15 per day for guests, which is a bit of a rip-off as this should be free and included in the room rate… but other than that, no complaints. There was air con in the room, which was much needed as it was very hot.

TTamuThe hotel staff were very nice and kind. Upon arrival we had a lot of bags and the staff made sure we got a room on ground floor and there was a trolley to move our items at once. We were indoors all the time so cleaning staff left our room to give us privacy. Next morning we requested to have our room cleaned and in 5 mins there was someone there to clean. So efficient!!

TTamuI booked a last minute night away with the children: afternoon tea followed by an overnight. The afternoon tea was delicious and I was really well catered for as a vegan diner. The Grand Hall was a beautiful setting for afternoon tea. The children also loved their food - the sandwiches were much simpler for the children and they got seconds based on how delicious they were. Our room was large and had a sofa bed and a cot bed. We enjoyed playing in the grounds including the play area, outdoor chess, boules, the scavenger hunt and the fitness trail. My son also loved playing football in the garden - he was excited that there were goals set up. We had dinner in The Fox Bar and had drinks and played cards in the Grand Hall afterwards. Breakfast the next morning was delicious. We were really excited to find newts in the pond. They would love to stay again. I would love to come for an overnight with my partner to experience it differently without the children.
