The staff were lovely from the moment I checked in. The rooms have a rustic charm while being modern, comfortable, and clean. There is a beautiful swimming pool with panoramic views and a bar that offers a great atmosphere at night. The location is convenient, as it’s close to Central Festival Khon Kaen, the City Pillar Shrine (San Lak Muang), tour agencies, and money exchange shops. The bartender made a fantastic drink, and the rooftop bar provided a nice nightlife view.

Overall, the accommodation is considered good. Convenient transportation. Located across from the old Kuang Tang noodles. When you arrive at Ban Phai, you must eat it every time. The hotel room space is spacious. Overall clean and usable The room doesn't smell musty, cool air conditioning, 2 large beds, can accommodate up to 4 people comfortably. There are 4 bottles of Singha brand drinking water in glass bottles. The bathroom is large and spacious with non-slip floors. Suitable for elderly people, strong water flow, parking entrance to the building is 3-4 steps, it is recommended to make a ramp. Elderly people using wheelchairs will find it more convenient to travel. Including the entrance to the room, there are small steps. If it were a ramp, that would be great as well. Breakfast during rush hour from 7-8 a.m. will have a lot of customers. The staff rarely refills the food in time. May need to be prepared and added sooner. (From what I've noticed many times I've stayed here. Every year I come to do business with the family) fragrant pandan rice porridge, delicious celery soup, overall it's worth the stay.

I stayed at Pullman Khon Kaen for 1 night. Check-in was smooth. The Staff was friendly and helpful. The location was good. The down side was that the room had a musty smell to it from an old carpet that covered the whole room. The room was dusty. The furniture was old and also covered in dust. Shower head was dirty and the flow of the water was weak at best.

Comfortable rooms, with soft beds and fairly large. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. A good location for the two farang bars on walking street too. The pool was large and nice, but a bit murky, due to rain I think. The only downside to this hotel was the awful breakfast. American breakfast consists of, one processed sausage, one egg and two slices of old tomato. Rather underwhelming. Other than that I would return 🙂

The hotel is very clean and tidy as it’s only 3yrs old. It felt very modern and the staff were very friendly. The only bad but of my 2 night stay was the loud noise coming from the nightclub at the bottom of the road. The very loud base sound doesn’t end until 3am every morning.   I personally couldnt sleep before hand even with the tv left on.  Such a shame.  Only a 20 minute walk away from the lake and only 10 minutes walk away from  7/11 and restaurants

Great room, friendly staff and in walking distance to centre. There was a breakfast bar, sink, kettle and big fridge in the corner of the big room. It would make a great longer-stay option (eg. for business) especially if they added a microwave to the facilities. Dfinitely recommended.

The hotel is located in the middle of town. This hotel is an old hotel and not the cleanest of hotels. The compound was full of dried leaves and dusty. Even the lobby area was messy. We had problems with the room key card. Had to pay a refundable deposit of Thb 500 during checked-in. The room is comfortable and clean.
