Reception: Slow service and unclear information. The fact that they hung up before you finished speaking must have been really frustrating. Maid: While the cleaning service was slow, they did a good job with quick and thorough cleaning. Technician: The Wi-Fi signal was unstable, and there was no update on improvements made, which is definitely a downside. TV & Air-con: Some in-room equipment had issues, like the TV needing to be unplugged and plugged back in to work, and the air conditioner not being easy to control and fluctuating in temperature. Cleanliness & Toilet: The floor was dusty, and you'd need to wear slippers to walk around. Plus, there was a leak in the toilet's water spray nozzle. Food: The ramen was bland, and the food at the Garden Café wasn't great either, with the pizza dough being too hard. Facilities: The pool could be improved with a larger one and more comfortable seating. Location: On the bright side, the location was good, with proximity to the beach and a convenience store nearby, which is definitely a plus.

By 1100 am, I received a call informing us that our room was ready, showcasing the fantastic staff who communicated so promptly. On our next visit, I plan to request a poolside view. The room includes a large television, extra bottles of water, and substantial wardrobes. An alarm clock is provided for convenience, and the bathtub is impressively large, with generous toiletries available. Guests can enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, as well as a minibar stocked with coffee, tea, and a refrigerator. During your stay, take advantage of the amenities, including two small pools, a gym, and a sauna, along with a small playground for children. For those driving, free parking is provided. Breakfast was enjoyable, though quite basic. We dined on the ‘Zen’ side, where the ‘Egg Station’ is located outside the ‘Me Eatery and Bar’ restaurant. This restaurant offers various set menus and a buy one, get one free drinks deal. If time permits, Mandarin Eastville is conveniently close to the evening market, Max Pattaya Boxing World, Mini Siam Miniature Park, Pattaya Park Tower, and the Million Years Stone Park and Crocodile Farm, with several popular attractions within walking distance. Whether you’re visiting for business, pleasure, or both, Mandarin Eastville guarantees a memorable stay in Pattaya. The tranquil semi-remote location provides a pleasant escape from the busy areas of Pattaya. There is no public transportation available, but I learned that using Bolt and Grab is quite affordable. Additionally, motor taxis can be flagged down along the main road; just remember to negotiate the fare before hopping in. However, there were a couple of downsides: although the tap water gets extremely hot, regulating the hot shower proved to be a challenge. I didn’t let this bother me too much, as the water was still comfortably warm. I also had some trouble opening the balcony door, which nearly caused me to miss the fireworks countdown. Also, don't lose your keycards to avoid getting fined. Overall, it was a wonderful getaway and would definitely comeback on the next holiday.

breakfast is fine, places are ok, this is my third time visit of the hotel. however, its not suitable for swimming during x'mas which is a big holiday. it is preferable to include some hot spring facilities or hot pool for the kids so that it will not be too freezing when enter the water during these seasons. also, the kids room can be renovated, as it is all the same from the first time visit three years back until now. and there were a lot of other nationalities which were quite smelly. there's no discrimination at all, i just would like to point out to improve the ventilation systems. the welcoming birthday gift is great!

It also provides free shuttle bus services to Terminal 21, Beach, and Central Festival which you can book the trip and the retuning trip from the concierge. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with a huge selection of dishes to choose from. Overall, I would highly recommend the Centrepoint Prime Pattaya Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and convenient place to stay in Pattaya. It's a modern local hotel chain but not my preference even at the economical price. There were a series of little problematic things that would prevent me from booking again. The property is behind the city electrical sub station and on a busy part time for South Pattaya road so easy to miss and a long way to turn around. There was some difficulty and delay checking in. The internet log in was a challenge and despite asking for help still had to figure out on my own. Despite being adjacent to the electrical sub station, they still lost power my last day, a huge explosion on the telephone pole as an insulator blew up, then several hours to repair, so I left early lugging my suitcase down 5 flights of stairs. So not for me.

We are a mixed couple (Chinese and UK). The reception staff were very friendly upon check in. Our room was clean and modern. They provide water, shampoo, soap, body wash and a fridge, slippers, bath robe and a safe. Location - the hotel is located a 10 min walk to the Park Market and Toshin Market and a 20 minutes walk to the fish market. It's about a 20 minutes walk to the beach. There's some little shops around the hotel, but be careful on the little back roads due to fast cars. Breakfast - You have to make your breakfast selections on Check in, so you have to know in advance what you wish to eat and drink in the future. The coffee is nice, but the food is just a microwave wrap. It's fine for a breakfast. The first night at the hotel was good, and we got a decent sleep. The second night, we arrived back, and there was a loud game of Mahjong or poker going on next door. The problem is, they put us in a room with a (locked) adjoining door. The door is not sound or light proof. This meant we could hear every word and clink of the gambling chips and had light shining in during the night. We said to reception, but this kept going on. It really puzzles me why they put us into an adjoining room. The next morning, the next door was open, and I saw it's a room without beds, so perhaps designed just as a games room (see last picture). It definitely made me a bit wary that if one of the players had a key, they could open the adjoining door to our room. Definitely avoid the rooms ending in 09 or 10 if you want to guarantee a good sleep. This isn't the fault of the lovely workers. it's a design problem/owners issue.

location is very very good , we book villa so quite good location service aircon all good checkin was really smooth and easy , but after checkout when we arrived back to bkk then hotel staff call us and asking to pay 50thb because they found a broken glass in room i feel very surprised when we leave all look ok sudden glass broken and that much big property asking for 50 thb feel very disapointed . be carefull everyone

The room was quite nice with a big size, enough for 2 people to fit in. The staff is quite helpfull. The parking is very large and tidy. The breakfast, I didn't expect anything to be honest, it was really good! With many various different type of foods. Me and my brother really enjoyed till the last minute! I didn't expect this place to be this good. The location is also good too. Will definitely recommend to others and come back on my own for sure!

The apartment feels cheap, like a student room. I didn't take any pictures of the table, cabinets, bed, and bathroom, but it looks like the pictures of the accommodation that were shared. It's not an exaggeration.

Japan Park Hotel is located far away from shopping, bars, restaurants and mall. But they got 2 great restaurants (one Japanese) inside J Park area, also a small 7/11 with coffee machine with Latte hot/cold. J Park also has a good fitness room. The Onsen is included for guests, Sauna, hot spring and relax room. The separate female side got a steamroom. Our visit in January (2025) we had a different room with a comfortable bed, this time in February (2025) the room we got had a very hard mattress with no overlay mattress, did not sleep as well as our first stay. The staff at the Reception is very friendly, smiling and helpful. Cleaning staff is very polite and smiling and so is the staff at breakfast and both restaurants. Reception at the Onsen is very polite, helpful and smiling. Even the security is very welcoming and smiling. Clean and modern rooms, only minus is the big height to climb into the shower/bathtub. No ATM at the hotel or nearby, bring cash or use a card. Building 5 might be to noicy with the big road near by. We had Building no 4 and it's quite peaceful.

Very good value for money. Good bed, good pillows, good bathroom, everything is excellent. If you come to Chonburi, you must stop by. Private, quiet, clean, cutely decorated, everything is right. Worth the price. The staff are smiling and ready to welcome and serve.

We booked five twin rooms for one week at this hotel, but upon arrival, we were given five single rooms. The receptionist did not speak English at all, but managed to explain that there were no twin rooms available. This was very frustrating, as we had booked the rooms a long time ago. However, I want to extend a massive thank you to Trip.com, who were incredibly helpful and found a solution for us. Big thanks to Trip.com for arranging everything!

Pro: Lot of parking for motorcycle. Kind staff. Quick check-in. Clean and cheap room. 7-11 next to the hotel. Efficient air conditioner. Refrigerator. Cons: No bum-gun in the toilets. Light filters around the door. Located literally in front of the beach. Very competitive price, clean and relatively comfortable. Very suitable for a short stay.
