Clean and safe. But there were ants, which was okay for me but my friends seemed uncomfortable.
The location was not nice. We rode a jeep from the main city for 1 hour. (we tried to get a taxi but they said we need to pay 3000 pesos)
The service was nice. we enjoyed a pool. And we could have a free breakfast.
Highly recommended. The staffs are accommodating and are always attentive. The place is clean and ready when we arrive. The location is accessible to transportation, food places and tourist areas. Added to its allure is the immaculate view overlooking the city. While it's wifi signal is decent.
As always a pleasure to stay here great staff great location and honesty throughout - a pleasure to stay in a hotel that appreciates every guest the complete opposite of a recent stay in BGC at F1hotel where after 20 days am still fighting to get my deposit back
Summit Hotels epitomizes the best of Filipino hospitality from arrival to departure
The property seems like new, as evident in the towels, linens, and fixtures. I have tried several Go Hotels property, which are very basic.. so this is the my first “Plus” and I was pleasantly surprised of the interiors and the quality of linens, and even the amenities (e.g., toothbrush, slippers) which are lacking in the “basic” go hotels. The space seems bigger too. I just hated that they still carried the separate bathroom and shower thing.. it’s a feature of Go Hotels that I always hated. Nonetheless, the “Plus” went beyond my expectations. The breakfast was of good value to the amount we paid. But if you’re adding breakfast after you have booked the hotel, I don’t think it’s worth it coz it’ll be more expensive.
Now, I don’t mind paying more to get the “Plus”
If you are looking for a place where you can just take some rest after the travel, I can recommend Asia Novo Boutique Hotel - Sorsogon.
AC is working well.
Just don't expect too much on the amenities.
Limited parking space. Wi-Fi connection doesn't reach inside the room.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way! The amenities were top-notch, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the food was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the attention to detail and commitment to excellence that permeated every aspect of my stay. Whether I was relaxing in my room, enjoying the hotel's facilities, or savoring the delicious cuisine, I felt like I was experiencing the best of the best.
The place is good but it is far a bit from the city. Good thing we have a motorcycle to visit the tourist spots we want to see. The room is clean and best for a long stay and group vacation. Can recommend to other friends. The pool is warm due to the reason that it was a rainy day. So far, the hotel is simple and peaceful.

AAnonymous UserGood location. Disappointed for the service, a manager told us that it would not be possible to have a late check out without making efforts to find an alternative solution and barely looking at the PC.
GGuest UserStaff is very accommodating, spa massage is OK too, although the spa should not have 75min services if they have clients appointed every hour so you just have to select from their 1 hour services
JJINGLONGThe hotel is in a good location, just next to SM, walk for a few minutes, go to other shopping malls, there are other shopping malls in the Pacific Ocean, and they are very close. It's a walk away. The tutu is 80 pesos, and the security guard at the door calls 150 pesos.
The general environment of the hotel is just for the transition. There is a free shuttle bus to the airport. You can make an appointment in advance and it will be 10 minutes away. Several pharmacies nearby are very convenient to buy masks and disinfectants. There are few Chinese here and no one grabs them.
There are many meals in SM, so it is easy to eat there on foot. Breakfast in the hotel, one day buffet, one day set meals, nothing to eat, very simple.
On the whole, the service is good, there are many younger brothers, they are all mature, and they feel safe.

GGuest UserIt's always been satisfied to this hotel as I can book online and cheap as well, although not all the time can get a nice room, he room I was assign is not as very satisfieying one the ac is not very strong, cleanliness is average. The staff is kind and helpful.
SStewartDavidThe service was good as always nice friendly staff the one thing that needs to change is the toaster at breakfast to put it bluntly it's fucked needs throwing in the bin and the purchase of a new faster one takes up to half an hour to fo one slice
AAbe D.Nice gym and nice pool. Service of the staff was pretty good and cordial. However, we did not have a hot water after the brownout. We were told to wait for 30 mins. to an hour after the electricity came back. We waited 2 hours with no hot water. The shower bath tub is not safe at all. It was too high and dangerous. There’s no anti-slip and that makes it even dangerous. Another is, there’s no electrical outlet on the left side of the bed that makes it hard to charge the phone. Also, I requested a box of tissue paper and I received 2 toilet papers. I was informed they don’t provide tissue paper. Of all the hotels we stayed this is the most expensive, but can’t provide tissue paper. We’ll try UMA next time.
