Love convenience location but when you booked in app you will got old Building. Like a small kitchen in the room. Tiny Dishwasher was surprised me. Smart tv box is excellent for my Entertainment. Only problem was hot water temperature when showering. It's hard to control stable warm. Too hot and too cold. The towels supposed to change after second day stay that notice in the bathroom but it changed on fourth day of six days.

This hotel was amazing and we really enjoyed the location to everything aswell as the customer service right up to the manager as girls who have lived in auckland and experienced hotels there this place has immaculate care for their customers within their space we also enjoyed the body wash that smelt so beautiful we are going to get some of that also we are truly greatful thank you.

Slightly tired with some maintenance due. Too many emails (I think 9 in total) re the stay. When on holiday I don't want 9 extra emails!. Staff great, rooms really good and quiet considering the location. It would be good to get all the Sky TV channels for the amount charged. I.e it was missing Channel 7,17,21 etc.

Nice environment. Clean unit. Comfortable. Minor complaint would be that the lighting was a little dim and could have done with coffee plunger in room. Did not eat at hotel restaurant. Good place to stay.

Very nice unit which catered for the 3 of us ladies.  It was two bedrooms one with a single and queen which was excellent.  The beds were comfortable.  It was a short walk to the main shopping centre and to the Russell ferry.  The main room was large which easily catered for entertaining.  Easy check in and out.

TTamuStaff were super friendly. It was a good price for good accommodation, within walking distance from the beach, restaurants etc. Small things could have earned a full 5 star rating such as extra pillows as ours were a bit flat, having more toilet paper as 3 rolls single ply for 4 people on a 5 day trip didn’t cut it, but overall a good experience. The laundry was a bit dated so we ended up using the laundromat down the road, and we had no idea where the gym or restaurant was which would have been nice to have been informed of when we checked in.
