I stayed at KSL Hotel & Resort for a short one-day trip, and overall it was a pleasant experience. The location is super convenient — directly connected to KSL Mall — which made it easy to grab food, do some shopping, and just relax without needing to travel far. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were polite and efficient. The room was clean and fairly spacious, with all the basic amenities you’d expect for a comfortable stay. The bed was cozy enough for a good night’s rest. I also liked the facilities, especially the pool area which is quite family-friendly and lively. Even though my stay was short, it was still a nice spot to unwind. Overall, KSL Hotel & Resort is a solid choice for a quick getaway — convenient, comfortable, and good value for a short stay. I wouldn’t mind returning again for another fuss-free trip.

3rd stay. Halal eateries only walking distance. Ample parking space. Easy check in and check out. Room is clean. Staff is very friendly. I could print out some documents with their help without charges. J&t also is nearby. Got water dispenser. Definitely will consider this hotel for next stay

Holiday villa hotel is my favourite hotel and convenient to stay in JB. They give the best service and fast check in & out for us. The room are very clean and the most important no smoking smell in the room… The morning international breakfast they serve was fantastic and very fresh. I love it very much. I will continue staying at holiday villa hotel. Thank you holiday villa.

The room was comfortable, but the hotel is very new, and there was a slight smell of renovation when you entered. The lobby downstairs had cookies and coffee, creating a nice atmosphere. It was good value for money, and I would stay here again. There are many restaurants and cafes downstairs, making it convenient to find food.

1. The breakfast spread is the best of my many stays among the JB hotels. . 2. Very ESG there's a water dispenser in the room including hot water. 3. Good view can see the RTS link bridge from the woodlands side. 4. The room is big and spacious. 5. Shower water pressure is good. 6 there's digital lock safe.

The hotel is very clean, the staff are friendly, and the room is fully equipped. An electric stove, toaster, fridge, and a set of tableware are also provided. The hotel is located very close to the marina deck. The surrounding area is peaceful, clean, and safe. There are plenty of eateries near the hotel. It’s also within walking distance from the ferry terminal to Batam. Overall, I am very satisfied — truly worth it

the hotel is very big and bright in the rooms. Swimming pool is very easily accessible! The food at the cafes were good. We could see a lot of reptiles at the exhibition too! Shopping at NSK is convenient too! Will come back to this hotel!

Come and try here for a night or two. It is worth it. The hot spring is super warm and relaxing. Sauna room temperature needs to be fixed but overall stay is comfortable. Nearby austin heights. We always head there for food

Neat hotel at an affordable price. Stayed for a night as we had a morning flight to catch. Conveniently located across Komtar Mall. So many eateries available in Komtar or City Sq. I appreciate the quick check in and check out service. The room was very clean and equipped with TV. You can access YouTube, Netflix etc. Bed was a little hard, but I will take that anytime as long as room & bathroom is clean.

Staff so attentive especially bellman.. room mcm bersih, tp bila baring, bantal dia busuk bau kepam.. kalau 1 je x pe.. semua bantal dia busuk dlm bilik yg aku dpt.. haha.. so a bit x selesa utk tidur.. toilet ok, cuma toilet bowl a bit kotor.. paling best breakfast dia.. kalau nak add cuma RM30 per pax.. food was soooo flavourful.. b’fast buffet dia pun quite byk choice utk RM30 tuh.. cuma xde lah live stall buat telo.. but sedap.. hehe.. building ni attach dgn zon bebas cukai.. sekeliling dia byk je kedai.. so x risau nak cari food luar..
