It was a brief stay for us - only one night to catch an early flight home from QRO airport. The service was excellent, the room was modern and nicely decorated with a very comfortable bed. Located very close to a big church and square and easy access to the quaint streets of old Queretaro. The front desk person was super helpful, friendly, spoke English and helped us with arranging taxi service at 4:45am to get us to the airport! Be prepared that there are no windows in the rooms, just a french door with glass opening into the courtyard. The attached restaurant and bakery looked really nice and we would have liked to have been able to partake of the included breakfast but unfortunately our flight was too early; instead, our host prepared sandwiches for us to take with us, which was very thoughtful. Be sure to check out the view of the amazing aquaduct from the overlook a few blocks east of the big church.

The facade of the hotel is not big, downstairs is a small commercial complex, there are several restaurants and some commercial facilities, the room on the tenth floor has a good view, the room decoration is relatively simple, the facilities are well-equipped, there are refrigerators, microwaves, etc., the bathroom is dry and wet, and the rest is quiet at night. The breakfast is not of a lot of relative quality, overall good.

Excellent Service!, everyone was very nice and polite, the rooms are very clean and organized!, the views are awesome too!. The food is very nice too, and in the breakfast you can choose whatever you want!, everything is delicious!, other very good thing about this hotel is that is very near of the Bus Terminal

The first day of the stay was late, the shower was warm water, no hot water. In addition, there is a problem with the toilet tank, and the water can not be automatically stored after flushing. The room area is smaller than the hotel at the same price. Other OK. The room view is OK

The front desk staff is great! The location is very close to the airport. The hotel is very retro, I don't like the room very much, the first floor does not live anyway, live on the second floor. Recommended for business trips.

Check-in was from 3 o'clock, but we arrived at 11 o'clock, so we were going to have our luggage checked in, and when we called to the front desk, the room was vacant, so I was very helpful because I was able to say that it was okay from now on, and after relaxing a little in the room, I was able to go out on foot for sightseeing in the city. Thank you for your flexible response. The location is very convenient as it is in front of the bus stop and near the main tourist spot in Keretaro. Unfortunately, the temperature of the shower did not rise enough, and when I went to the toilet, the lights were on and the ventilation fan turned around with a relatively loud noise, so when I went to the toilet in the middle of the night, It was a pity that I woke up my companion. It may be only a problem with the room we used. The room was too large. Breakfast was a buffet and there were various dishes. * I ordered and made the dishes, but the omelet was delicious and I got two dishes. The waitresses were moving and comfortable, so I put 50 pesos on the chip.
